Having tried to fill the position of CNC Machinist with Indeed for a period of time, we found the applications were not relevant for the position (too far away, incorrect experience etc.) The idea of a targeted approach became very appealing. We spoke to Andrew and it was clear that he had a good understanding of our needs. As a result, he provided excellent candidates within 3 weeks which we booked 4 interviews from and hired 2 machinists. Very professional and cost effective. We will be using CV Search again and have already recommended them!
