Lack of professionalism and poor customer care

I made a booking with CV Interilhas to travel from Fogo Island to Praia on February 12, 2026. The day before, I received a notification informing me that the journey had been cancelled due to weather conditions and that I could request a refund for my ticket if I wished.

More than two months have now passed, and I have received neither any update nor the refund for my tickets, despite my many follow-ups and repeated emails.

I find this absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable. Such a lack of professionalism and customer care is shocking. I definitely do not recommend this company.
