I became as another victim as I can see. Just don't use this CV Builder please! They're nothig but thieves. Same as everyone here I paid 0,5 Euro to make my CV. I assure myself I deleted my credit card... And one week after I got a notification about I paid 39,95 Euro for "monthly subscription" from this website. There is a button to cancel subscription underneath, but why you want to cancel something you don't know about? I am really angry, we should do something with that guys! Maybe it's legal but very inmoral and wrong!

Same experience as everyone, and there is no way they are refunding, claiming this is 'an online product' and refund is not an option.

Save yourselves the money and the wasted time and don't choose them.

I'm just another victim as I can see, same story, was asked to pay securely 0.50€ but under this price with small font is a long text about monthly subscription of 39.99€, and I'm sure 99% of people don't read it, so technically is legal but they just use the inscription of PAY SECURELY 0.50€ coloured in orange as a diversion.

I would like to let everyone know that they are illegally taking money from your account, without any authorization. They mask this fraud under the cover of a 'subscription', without making it clear from the very beginning that they will charge you automatically. I strongly recommend you to avoid them at any costs.

They don't even have the decency to answer emails.

Scams.

Fraudulent schemes are used making you think you will be paying 0.50c to write your cv through them but a week late I get a charge of €40! Total scammers! There needs to be an investigation done on this company's practices as this is absolutely absurd!

They advertise it as free, but one actually has to pay. People think they pay one time small amount but they subscribe for 40$/month

Dont use this site / company. I have made a CV for 0,5 EUR and was really satisfied. Unfortunatelly, I thought I made a one-time-payment but after a week, they charged me with another 39,95 EUR payment because of my ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION.

This information is hidden in small caps and very unclear at first sight. IMO they know and rely on it, that you think you make one-time-payment and then you are charged with 39,95 EUR...

I sent them an email about refund, so I hope they will do so, because I havent use their app more than once (and I paid for the one time usage properly). Now we will see if they are just scammers or normal people not making money of someone trying to get a job.

EDIT: One year passed, I have made several tries to contact them about the refund. No reply at all. LETS HOPE THESE FCKERS HAVE A SEAT RESERVED IN HELL.

Worse company ever. And the most expensive CV I ever made. Charge me 2 times , until I notice those payment to them. First was with 0.5 £ which I was aware at that time and now with another 36,66 £. For one time CV , they automatically subscribe me to their site and took money from CC account. AVOID this site by all means !

I've done a Curriculum for 0.5 cent like they tell to you. But After a week they take 39,95 for a MONTHLY subscription. What a Thief. DON'T USE THIS SITE IT'S JUST A FRAUD.

After 3 mail without answer i'm waiting for a refund

I used CVBuilder to create a new CV. I was aware of the one time charge: 0,50€, but after a week I was charged for 39,95€.
I've just realized that I had been subscribed for their services without knowing that.

From experiences, whenever I purchase anything online I always have the option to extend a service, but here it was a very expensive mistake..

Well, I need to be more careful.. Just sent a mail to them, and hope they refund my money..
