Dreadful! Received a CV with grammatical errors and mistakes. When I tried to discuss this with the company, I was told that because so hadn’t addressed this within 14 days they would not resolve the issue. On top of this, they were very patronising. Save yourself some cash and do it yourself!
Very professional, tailored service. I opted for a CV and covering letter from CVwriters.org.uk after having had a negative experience elsewhere. I was attracted by the sound of the lengthy initial telephone consultation, in particular because I work in a fairly unique industry and felt it was important for the person I hired for this to understand both my current and desired roles.
My consultant, Gill, was excellent. After a very thorough consultation, in which I felt she had carefully and patiently explored and understood my role, I was hopeful that she would be able to provide a good product.
Less than 48 hours later (I was under some time constraints) she emailed me the CV and covering letter she had prepared. She did an excellent job of distilling my skills and experience succinctly into a very professional document and I couldn't be more pleased with it.
