Polite and Friendly Service, Swift Delivery and Good Quality

I emailed Cutting Edge Knives before my purchase. They responded quickly, providing good advice in a helpful and friendly manner.
I ordered a Mag-Block and Honing Rod. Both the products arrived quickly and were well packaged.
Quality- beautiful wooden mag-block.
Honing rod looks good but not yet tried.

Knives are fabulous

Knives are fabulous, but stock levels are never good. I had to have a knife that doesn’t match what I already have, although it is great.

Definitely been a frustrating time over the last couple of years, Japanese knives are becoming more and more popular and supply has certainly become trickier that's for sure.
We've actually been making some big changes behind the scenes the last month or two so hopefully over the remainder of the year we'll be seeing those improvements reflected in stock levels across many ranges :)

Love these guys!!

I ordered the Takeo Murata Buho Santoku knife for my Dad for his birthday, it arrived in no time at all, it's a beautiful product and he loves it! The newspaper and the plasters are such lovely, personal touches and I would not hesitate to make another purchase.

Masamoto Gyuto

I ordered a Masamoto Gyuto, it arrived well packaged and razor sharp. I couldn't ask for more. It came with 2 plasters, you have to smile.

I've bought a Japanese knife and a ceramic honing rod from cutting edge knives, both were reasonably priced, in excellent condition, well packaged and quickly delivered. This company is clearly well organised and efficient, I'm impressed.
