Placed an order for an ugly sweater. Well, what can I say - I should have read the reviews beforehand.
Delivery took ages, but that’s not my main complaint. Quality is unbelievably poor, I don’t even remember the last when I got such bs. For what is advertised as a knit sweater I received a dull tinted waffle cloth.
This company is a complete and utter failure in every sense possible. LIARS AND THIEVES. I've asked 9 times to refund my money after realizing my sizes were wrong upon ordering. They sent an email back stating they'll be taking 15% off for processing this order and they've already refunded my money. Went to my bank and found they've not refunded any of my money.
As with many others i am horrified by this company. It is in CHINA so if anything is amiss good luck. I ordered a shirt, it took forever to come and when it did it was of ridiculously poor quality and the wrong size. If i wanted to return it they said i would have to pay the shipping back to China a they would give me 5 dollars back???? What a horror. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
The return policy states that they will send a return shipping label. They refused to do so and said I have to pay postage for return. I paid 55.00 for poor quality material, print on clothing was poor quality. They offered me a refund of 6.00 without return. Terrible!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM CUTSWEAR!
Very cheap, poorly printed shirt. Took forever to get the garbage product. Then, they make returns nearly impossible.
Be aware of this website and the company from China. The products' quality does not worth what you paid for. Once you want to return they scare you off with the burden of return shipping cost on the customer. Never buy from this company or website
