Product was great and well cut. Great materials and good quality. Good communication from company too. Slightly confusing when initially unpacking, with two orders for different rooms mixed across packaging. Order did arrive 24 hours late which made planning more difficult.

Perfect Order
The wood was cut to my exact specifications and fitted perfectly first time, with no adjustments needed.
The ordering process was simple and straightforward, and delivery was quick.
The only slight downside was that the shipping cost was a little higher than I had expected.
Overall, I'm very happy with the product and would happily recommend it.

Good cuts, Appalling delivery
Was given a delivery date, items came 10 days later. Delivery company gave an afternoons notice, and had to take time off work. I then hired equipment to build, and was delivered one item less than i needed so could not complete the build. Called customer services who agreed to resend. Given a date, it came 6 days later. But was delivered to the wrong address, despite it being a re-order to the same address. I have hired equipment again, and now it will have been almost 1 month since I could have finished this.

Order not started 3 days after delivery date
When I ordered my shapes I was given an estimated delivery date as 1st July. The order is still showing as "pending" on 3rd. I raised a question about the possible delivery date - and was sent an automated response which had clearly been designed to avoid any human checking on the order. There appears to be no way to actually contact the firm to get a real response.
