First one took 4 weeks to arrive damaged. Called to complain about poor packaging and asked that the corners of the panel be protected tor the replacement Second panel took 2 weels to arrive... You guessed it, Damaged Only good thing about the company is their customer service team who actually sound like they care but no doubt banging their heads against a brick wall

I can see that both Abigail and Gav from our Customer Experience team helped you with the reorder and then the full refund. I’m glad to hear they came across as genuinely caring—we’re lucky to have them—but I completely understand your frustration at the situation as a whole.
This isn’t reflective of the standard we strive for, and while occasional issues can happen in transit, two consecutive damaged deliveries are certainly not a regular occurrence and shouldn’t have happened. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can take a closer look at how we’re packaging and protecting orders like yours moving forward.

Received first order with no problems, then second order of a similar size I was told could supply due to being out of delivery radius????? - Sent email enquiring but not received a reply - very disappointing that I have differnt panels for both parts of my living room.
