I needed a large desk top to fit in an alcove and none of the standard desk tops were suitable. I ordered a custom sized desk top from Cut My and could t be happier. It’s been well put together and the dimensions are exactly as requested. This has made a great little office space!

Right size, quite fast making and delivery, but bit a sloppy job, final product far away from perfect. Luckily for me it's not critical this time.

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing the photos of the furniture boards you received. I’m glad to hear that the size and delivery met your expectations, but I’m sorry to learn that the quality of the boards was not up to the standard you expected.
I acknowledge that the boards are not in perfect condition. We are actively looking into this so that we can ensure the MFC product is of better quality in the future, for example, if we need to double package it. You may find that your boards should look better with a bit of cleaning on the marks with a damp microfibre cloth, or with alcohol rub. I understand this doesn’t completely resolve the issue.
As a token of goodwill, I have just issued a partial refund to you to acknowledge the inconvenience you’ve faced. We appreciate your understanding and hope this experience will not deter you from considering us for future projects.

A great product, which was easy to order. The table top has now created a great working space at home, with a sufficient depth to accommodate an extra large monitor stand.

Amazing service. I'm so happy with the product and the careful delivery. I had holes cut precisely and thought I'd reduce by 1mm to make sure they would cover any variance - my mistake!
