I made one purchase on WISH that I was happy with, except that they did not give me my promised 10% off first purchase. So I tried to order the same item again. After a few days I received the following message

"Unfortunately, the store was not able to successfully ship your item. We've gone ahead and credited xxxx back to your original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days to see this reflected in your financial statements."

I didnt think much about it at the time but went back to see if the same item was available for sale om WISH, and it was so I ordered it again, and the same thing happened.
At this point I assumed that I actually had been refunded. Annoying that they charge people for items they can not deliver but what can you do.

After some time I went on WISH to see if the item was available from other vendors, it was so I ordered it again hoping that would work, believing this was a problem with the vendor and not with WISH

Almost immediately I received the same refund message. Now I realize the whole thing is a scam. WISH are advertising items they have no intention of selling, all they want is your money. WISH does not refund, they will charge you and then SAY you have been refunded and they just keep your money. Theft, plain and símple, I am sure they also sell a lot of crap stuff but this is a whole different kind of scam on an industrial global scale. I have sent all my info to the police anti fraud unit, I advice everyone to do the same so we can shut down these criminals once and for all.

I ordered Hokka shoes and they never arrived back in October 23. Still disputing the transaction with credit card provider. All I got was a postcard saying thank u from the company .

This company is a scam. I placed an order for shoes in November and never received the goods. Similar to others on this thread, I received a “tracking link” that went dead after a month and a half. This site should be banned from every social media platform. If something appears too good to be true, it probably is. Follow your instincts in instances like that (I cancelled my credit card and contacted my financial institution).

This is a fraudulent site. "wishcute.com" BLOCK IT
They offer products at VERY low prices, too low!
The site takes your credit card and charges you, you'll then receive a confirmation and all looks legit. You get and can track your "parcel" via a link. It'll show activity from China to the US and then go dead. A couple weeks later your parcel will turn up, a 3x5" thankyou card. No goods! This is done to have the appearance of legitimacy, so you don't stop the credit card payment!

Buyer beware! Wishcute is a scam. They will take your money but don’t deliver. I have sent several emails and I have not had any response.
I did contact my credit card provider and was able to file a fraud claim and they reversed the charge.

Don’t be tempted. When something looks too good to be true it probably is! Ordered tennis shoes Thanksgiving. They were quick to take my money. My order never came.

Items ordered 11/23/23 and never arrived.

I had ordered 3 pairs of sneakers on 11/12/23 To this day I have not received my order. It seems unlikely I will receive it! I believe Facebook is responsible for allowing scam companies to use their site! I am making a formal complaint to FB and the Federal Trade Commission. FB should reimburse customers as they are providing false sense that their advertisements are legit. Shame on Wishcute and Facebook!

Don't purchase or buy from this company. It's a scam. You never receive your items. This company definitely offers you nothing. Avoid....

Ordered a Christmas gift for my kids and never received and now can’t contact them. Lesson learned!!

I ordered a pair of running shoes from this site on November 27th. I’d found the site on Facebook and their price for shoes was about half price. There is a reason for that though. They don’t deliver anything. I called my credit card company and did a charge back. They credited my card for the amount of the purchase.
This company is from China I find out later. So automatically if they’re Chinese, you know they’re crooks. Facebook should be shut down. You never see your friends’ posts anymore. All you see is advertising and garbage. Tik Tok, Facebook, and all the sites like them should be shut down.

Ordered running shoes over a month ago. They just came but it was only a label and a thank you note. No running shoes. $49.95 was a good deal but if you get nothing, it’s theft. Don’t order from this company.

The order was shipped 5 November 2023. I have emailed the company twice without a response nor have I received my item.
6 weeks without any communication is inappropriate.

wish deny my money back garanti which is 60$dollars and they say you pass time of your wish back garant and i send many emails which it takes to to respond to every time i wrote emails they say we will reply back 3or5days and nothing is happening and the time is passing and next time is the same that's roping peoples money and the worst part is when they say can you rate us in there app and i reply you are thief if you are wish app

Worst customer service! They banned me because I asked for the money they took for no reason!

- I contacted Klarna, they said it was strange so I talked with Security Department (who look up everything, every single thing) and saw nothing, said it was FRAUD! Wish just took my money!
- Contacted my bank, did NOT see anything that I had bought/ordering anything, just saw that money was taken from me, so it was a fraud!
- Contacted the police, asked me alot + I told everything (what I saw/was thinking, what Klarna said and what my bank said), what did the police say? It was a pure fraud!!

I wrote to them, they asked me for ordernumer, I WROTE THAT I DID NOT HAVE ANY NUMBER BECAUSE I DID NO ORDER!!!! After 2 days they asked me WHAT I ordered (what did I write earlier?). Answered again that I did no order. Adter few days I got answer where they wanted to know my order number. W*TF how stupid does that sound? And the same all the time, then now they blocked me. I "go against their terms of use".

So fraud, they took my money, over a month and now they blocked me because I gave the same answer all the time (same because they asked the same thing stupidly all the time).

Wish does everything they can to sell cheap products. Unfortunately that means they also scam the customers sometimes. You can never be sure about the products you buy. Sometimes they send a totally different product. So do yourself a favour. Spend a bit extra, for better service

Shocking quality,all dresses didn't look anything like the pictures.Absolute disgrace that it's cost £24.50 to return the items !!! Would never order from again .
