My order is has been MIA forever. (order: C19376) My father is part of the pastor team at church and I was excited to get this for his 87th Birthday. I have not heard back in over a week and today is now the 26th of Feb and I have not gotten anything, nor are they contacting me regarding a refund.
Next call will be my Bank!

Misleading website (Not in U.S.)
I placed an order after seeing they have U.S. location. My credit card was charged immediately. I emailed and sent "chats" several times without a response. Their website does not provide a phone number. It's been 10 days, the items haven't been shipped and there was no customization requested. Edit:Got an update after 2 weeks. Received order as described after 4 1/2 weeks. I feel the website was misleading.

I got a picture with my husband and I and our dogs that have gone to rainbow bridge and they have wings on them, its so awesome! The dogs we still have are also in it but they don't have wings on them yet thank goodness!!
