Great customer service

I have not received my sweater its been over a week and a half ! I paid for 1 to 4 days delivery

Ordered May1st, order received May 3. Estimated delivery May 9th. Received a tracking # that has has no activity or updates since provided to me and still no package arrival as of today May 12th.
Lack of communication is terrible. I tried to use the contact this feature Monday May 10 with no responses..... not pleased

Excellent product! Did a wonderful job on the shirts as well as they are comfortable too.

I thought it took too long for my order to ship.

I have had 2 orders, the first one was delivered great, the second one took 3 weeks to show up when it was supposed to be delivered 2-4 days.

I would still order from here though they got good product

Lack of communication and my order has not even been shipped yet! Its already been over 8 business days and I’ve made 3 phone calls and sent an email and still have yet to hear back from them. I’m very disappointed

They’re scam artists. They know my address was on the east coast and they shipped it across Portland! Had to dispute the charge on my bank account. Scumbags.

The material of the merchandise is amazing quality

I have been patient waiting for an item that I purchased on 4/7/21. I have yet to receive it and feel like this is a scam. You have not provided a second tracking number after the post office never received the item the first time. I will be disputing this charge with my bank as fraud and reporting to all online outlets of my experience.

As a company you should have made every effort to rectify this issue and overnight the item

Each time I reach out, I’m told they don’t have a tracking number yet.

Never recieved my ordered I feel like I got scammed!!!!

Very cool sweatshirts and shirts. Fit is decent would order again. Have a preference for Alstyle classic heavyweight shirts but these are wearable unlike all those nextlevel and new slim soft styled shirts that seem to be the new norm. These fit more like a Gildan. Would love to see more designs for Subaru Sti, some for Nissan 240sx (s13, 180sx, etc), and maybe some engine or chasis code shirts. Any classic 90s Japanese cars would be cool and more “clutch, shift, gas” or “save the manuals!”. Will check back to see if they have any in the future. This order was a test run to see quality and fit.

I have never received my package, awful company. Still have never received my package or anything. Will never come back. Filed a dispute with my credit card.
