Poor customer service

They might make great springs but maybe I'll never find out. They have god awful customer service. I used their online store to purchase 4 U bolts. I got a receipt right away but that is all. They don't respond to my emails to when I might get my U bolts. The whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth. If you are so backed up in orders that you can't even reply to emails then maybe just maybe you shouldn't be taking people's money upfront for orders that you can't make in a timely way. So here's a update: after multiple emails and phone tag. There website offers free shipping to USA and Canada yet they aren't doing this any more BUT refuse to honour it. I am supposed to get a refund of my money but I would suggest that you keep as far away as you can from these turkeys.
