I bought the Vendetta bags for my Intruder three years ago. The bags have endured rain and the artificial salt that is spread on roads in the winter here in the Nordics (Finland). I have taken good care of the bags, cleaning them when needed, and oiling them once or twice a year. The bags are as good as new!

My Adriano Basic Universal saddle bag arrived in 8 days in Belgium. The bag is very well finished and the quality of the leather looks amazingly good. Carmen was very responsive when I asked a question about the status of my order. Unlike others, I cannot fault this company. I gave them ***** (I just ordered a second bag to complete the looks of my Royal Enfield Classic 350)

Artisan leather work at it's finest...

Reasonably priced, quick shipping & good communication.

Recommended, I will be using them again.

Bag received without the attachment straps that were supposed to be included.
Closure system that does not match the product photo.
Customer service is completely non-existent. They do not respond.
Custom Z Spain ticks all the boxes for me never to return.

They gave me the right bag instead of the left. They don't respond to messages. Really bad experience.

Unfortunately, the product quality is not good. I own the side bag for a Brixton motorbike for 1.5 month and the buckles are already rusty. So it is of no use for an outdoor bag on a motorbike as it doesn‘t withstand rain. It‘s a pity as I paid more than 80€ (+ 15€ for the delivery) and expected better quality.

I got the bags, I considered them to small, I sent them back within time (and regarding all the rules they have on their site).

Since then, no money, and not a single word. I sent them three emails - no reaction.
Lawyers are on it.
Don‘t buy there!

I use one of their saddlebags for over a week now. and already all of the metal component are rusted. They are NOT beginning to rust. they are actually completely rusted looking like its years worth of rust.
Leather work is excellend tho.
But i woudnt recommend it to anyone other than people who like the style of rust.

I purchased a set of vendetta saddlebags and I am
very happy with them.
They are a good size and unlike the kawasaki bags
for the vulcan s they have a lock.
They took around 3 weeks to arrive and the only
complaint I have is there was very little communication
After the initial purchase acknowledgement I heard
nothing for 2 weeks and found no information
regarding what was normal time-wise.
Can’t wait to try them out properly.

The place may be closed. They are not responding to my contacts, anyways. I ordered a bag on 28/5. After I ordered it I saw that it may need the support bracket so I emailed and asked. They replied that yes, I needed it, and if I used PayPal to send the 29€ they would add it to the order. I sent 29€. Then I got an email saying that they could not add it to the bag order because the bag had already shipped. They said they would refund the 29€ on 02/06. They did NOT issue a refund. I have messaged, sent emails, and tried to call. There has been ZERO response from CustomZSpain.

I ordered saddle bags but did not like the color when I saw them on the bike. OK so far, so I requested a return and had to pay 17,99€ postage to get the shipment from Germany to Spain. Expensive but still OK so far.

My mails regarding the return and all surrounding issues were answered with days of delay and in changing languages. Besides that Custom Z Spain refused to refund the order in full due to "individual product" which is not transparently stated in the online sales process. The refund however is cut by almost 50€ now – I feel ripped off and would not advise anybody to buy there.

No response at email and phone number not in use !

This company is fantastic, the web site is easy to use and has great product offerings. The ordering process and communication was excellent and I was informed throughout from order, manufacturing and shipping. The item was received within a 4 days ( to the UK) from being informed of shipment. I ordered saddlebags for Victory Gunner and I have to say the quality is brilliant, really top quality item. I chose the quick clip system and this was really easy to connect to the bike and then just clip on the bags, job done. I chose the security system, which is not the padlocks as shown on their web page but a key lock built in to the bag. Overall, took about 20mins to install both bags.

Saddlebags arrived in New Zealand just over 2 weeks from order.
Excellent service. Quality product - exactly as expected
