Great experience - placed order, arrived in excellent condition in a couple of days as promised. What else do you need? Superb.

Used this company twice in recent days, found very good service with quick response and advice. Solved my Powercaddy golf trolley problems, helped by narratives on web site against products.

Easy to find part on website, suitably packaged, arrived a little later than hoped but still in good time.

I ordered replacement motor brushes for a Powakaddy EMD motor on a Saturday and received them the following week (the Monday was a bank holiday). They were fitted the day of receipt and the trolley is now working fine.

I placed an order on 4 December 2023 which has still not arrived in Sept 2024. I contacted them by email several times and the last update I had was in March. Having received no response since (I have asked for an update every month) I have now requested a refund which has not been acknowledged or processed. I am unable to get through on their phoneline which goes straight to voicemail. Absolutely horrendous customer service and will not use again.

I recently purchased a used replacement handle for my Powakaddy Freeway Titanium cart.
The part was compatible, even though not a like for like replacement.
Ed was kind enough to talk me through the process of replacing the handle and clip thingy, and I now have a fully functioning Powakaddy again (saved from landfill), all for less than £20 including postage.

I’m the proud owner of a Greenhill Golf Trolley but after many years the Front Wheel Assembly has broken and needed replacing.
I searched the internet and came across CustomPro Golf.
Many weeks of searching Ed contacted me to explain that he could not find one but had a Greenhill scrapped frame and if I was willing he could adapt the nose wheel frame with a new axle and a Motocaddy front wheel.
I gave him the go ahead, received the unit last week, fitted and is perfect for the job.

This may be my Dads last year golfing. He needs an electric golf cart to play but his first day out this year his cart stopped working on him. It's a very old cart so I searched everywhere on the internet for a very specific part for the motor and came across Custom Pro Golf online. Being from Canada I took a long shot and e-mailed them with a question about the part to see if they could help. Ed got back to me really quickly and told me the exact part I needed and I was able to order it and it was shipped right away. In just about a week I was able to install the replacement brushes in the motor and the motor works like new!

My dad is super happy. He says the motor has never worked this well before. Thank you for the super helpful and prompt service. It's genuinely made a big impact to us, because without your help my Dad wouldn't be able to do what he loved this year. I really appreciate it!
