I paid for the fastest delivery, £11 and I've been waiting for 5days now and still haven't received my order. But the customer service is very helpful though.

It's very sad that you left us 1 star review despite that we've been with you every day on the emails regarding this and fully supported you throughout.
Just to remind you that you ordered sweatshirt and chose Next Day delivery.
Standard orders are going out within 3 working days with standard or Express Delivery (the one you chose) delivery.
Your order came in on Monday.
We printed it for you the same day and shipped it the same day.
Royal Mail attempted to deliver it to your house TWICE on Tuesday!
Then you changed delivery option for atoner address, that was your own choice.
Then you went to a wrong post office to collect it because you've decided to collect instead of it being delivered to your door.
And eventually after multiple emails with us you confirmed that you've collected it on Monday!
So it's quiet unfair to leave 1 star review for us when you've got first class custom product, made for you in 3 hours, shipped as Express, and because you has an issue with receiving it you got frustrated and wrote this review.
Quiet disappointing specially that we were printing your items for a few years now.
