Couldn’t fault my experience with this shop! Ordering and providing an image for the portrait was simple and easy and communication from the shop was thorough and friendly. The digital portrait was emailed to me within a couple of days and was exactly what I had hoped for. Highly recommend.

Really fast turnaround times and accomodating of requests!

I did exactly what they asked for…. Sent a picture of our 4 month old puppy/son. We recently had to put down our 13.5 year old Leonburger and I’ll be sending his photo next so he can be here in his forever home. These folks are Great to work with and do an outstanding job.

They were awesome, I had some questions before ordering to make sure my pictures would work, they were so helpful to work with me. When the first draft came there were some adjustments I asked for which came back so quickly and exactly what I asked with no fuss. Love my pictures!!!

A family friends pet passed away, so I thought getting a drawing of him might be nice for her.
The turn around time was unbelievably quick, and it was absolutely perfect. I could not have been more impressed with how perfectly they captured him.

Mel and the team was great. I've used their services before, and they came out beautifully. For one, the revisions came back a tad later than expected, but they remained communicative throughout.

The artists are so talented and they handled every one of my revision requests so well. I did three revisions and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Also, the revisions were done so quickly! 10/10

Mel and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were super quick to respond and so patient in helping me with several mockups until everything felt just right. I had a custom drawing created of me, my mom, and two family members who have passed. The photo of me was based on my wedding dress and how I planned to style my hair. About a week after they completed the order, I changed my mind about my hairstyle and reached out to see if it could be updated—without hesitation, they said yes and provided me with a new final version. The result is beautiful, and I know my mom is going to love it (I’ll be giving it to her as a gift on my wedding day). I couldn’t be happier and definitely recommend working with them!

Nina was extremely on top of my whole order. She was so quick and prompt in responding to any questions I had and also confirming any changes I wanted to make and confirming the correct version of the drafts she sent me. The designs that were done up were absolutely incredible and not a single detail was missed! I am extremely happy and impressed with the quality and timing of my order. I bought a portrait of my partners car that is extremely sentimental to him for his birthday and I just know he will love it even more than I do. Absolutely fantastic customer service!

Exactly what I pictured! The photo I sent was a little blurry, but it was rendered perfectly and will make such a nice gift. It was returned quickly and they were willing to revise if need be.

I have gotten 4 different car portraits from Mel over the past 2 years. Each portrait keeps getting better and better! The talent is ridiculous. I cannot recommend this enough as a gift for someone or even yourself. I love getting them printed in 16x20 and framing them!

Super quick on the artwork, looks incredibly accurate to what we wanted and they offer revisions as well, which come back super fast. Totally would order something again!
