Awful company! Terrible customer service,shocking quality,PayPal useless in trying to claim my money back!!! Took 3 weeks to arrive with no confirmation email! Offered a refund of the shipping costs, which never materialised???? So completely out of pocket!! When they did arrive, it was too late and absolutely shocking product. Not suitable for purpose!! Wish I’d taken the time to read the reviews first, I was just in a hurry! Do not touch this website / company with a 10 mile pole!!

Bought a pair of photo socks. Took 1 day shy of a month to be delivered. They did refund £5.99 for P&P but don't advertise as a UK company when it's clearly China

By far one of the most disappointing experiences. Pathetic customer service, poor excuses...all the low rated reviews below are very much true,to bad I didn't do my research first. Overall an appalling experience.

Received the item but it was damaged I have tried to contact them on 3 separate occasions with no reply. Not a happy customer

I ordered the Photo Cube as a Christmas present. I didnt receive any order acknowledgement. After chasing the seller several times via Paypal, I was eventually told that the item would arrive by Christmas, which it did.
However, when the item was opened on Christmas Day, it was damaged and if I am being honest, very poor quality. I raised a dispute via Paypal but was told that the item was not covered by Paypals Buyer Protection so I was not valid for a refund or replacement. I have tried to contact the seller several times but no replies to emails and their 'Contact Us' forms on their website do not work. I would definitely avoid using this company at all costs.

Ordered 4 items on the 3rd, received one item on 23rd which is poor quality.
Tried to contact customer service but all links take you to a page that is invalid. Sent a message on their Facebook page but no reply as of yet.
Basically spent £45 on something my 7 year old could have probably done better.
Would not recommend!!!

I ordered the photo cube and I am so so so happy with it. I bought it as a Christmas gift and I can not wait to see the gift opened. I’ve ordered another one for another family members birthday.

Ordered over 10 days ago and paid extra for insurance. Went to track my parcel and thankfully I screenshot my order number because I never got a confirmation email. I have messaged without reply. Xmas next week and still nothing. So angry.

First time review ever on Trustpilot, despite frequently checking up on companies here. I think that shows how awful my interaction with Customphotosocks UK has been. I would really recommend going on Etsy for a UK based producer so that you can have some sort of customer rights protection. I highly recommend avoiding this company to save yourself a lot of stress.

They advertise products using images they've stolen.

One particular product uses images stolen from my personal Instagram account without permission. It includes the use my face and my daughter, who was three at the time of photo. Utterley disgusting.

Don't trust these people.

Quirky fun item but very cheaply made but you get what you pay for I guess. Good communication tho

Terrible service. Received no info or updates about my order and was unable to get any information or replies to enquired about my order despite multiple attempts via their website enquires, their website chat function or email.

Ordered something to arrive before Christmas (paying extra for fast shipping) and they told me on the 23rd it won’t arrive until the 31st. Very poor service

I have purchased personalised socks few weeks before Christmas they never came , the customer service is useless and rude . They said they can’t refund me the money even though the item has never arrived .

Ordered a custom photo Lego puzzle as a gift. Very poor quality for price and arrived in a clear plastic sandwich style bag that made the item look even cheaper! For £30 I’d expect a lot better.

I was so delighted with my purchase it’s a present for my niece and I know she will love it

I would leave zero stars if I could!
They rolled up the canvas before it even dried resulting in smudges and blotches. The resolution was awful and there were ink streaks. I contacted them to report this and they responded with a measly 10% refund. I requested the product be resent at a better quality or refund me so I can purchase elsewhere but they just ignored me! Absolutely awful customer service and appalling product! Such a waste of my money.

Received my order today, great quality, packaging and more importantly service, arrived in no time and my partner loved it. Highly recommended

Slow slow slow... Paid premium, got tricked into paying for insurance on my parcel (I unticked this box multiple times!) Parcel was supposed to be here over a week ago, still no sign. Customer service is bad too - they don't read queries and send generic copy/paste responses that are completely irrelevant.
