The companies Facebook/Instagram pages have some clearly appealing designs which was ultimately my reasoning for reaching out to them for a custom fabrication.
Sadly, it appears their Facebook is their only real 'active' social media to show that there is a heartbeat at the company.
I emailed. Waited. No reply. Followed up. Waited. No reply.
I called the phone number, was transferred to the 'molle department' where I left a voicemail/callback info. After two days and no reply I called back and spoke to someone who said they would run the project by some other individual. -- No call back.
Called again, was given an email to send the information to, was emailed a week later by another company 'Steel Crest' where I provided the information again and has since been another 2 weeks of silence.
Although their work looks solid, I don't know how anyone buys anything from them with their communication is atrocious.
Thankfully, there are other companies who fabricate custom panels and can get you a quote/accept payment in the same business day.
