Greatest buying experience ever !!! Measurement mistake on the mats - my mistake. Daniel was so gracious. The mats are being replaced cost free !!
Love the color of these mats and such a nice selection of colors.
All of my future mats will definitely be purchased here !

Great to work with! Highly recommended.

They had an excellent experience ordering through custom mats. The quality of their work is impeccable and I first started with one order and then made a second larger order. They were great communicators, shipped on time and packaged everything very carefully so that the mats arrived in perfect condition. They followed all my instructions and I'm so happy how the mats came out, they look beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. I'm so happy I found them and highly recommend for anyone looking for quality custom work!!

The product is great, easy to order online! Customer service goes out of their way if something is not ok. By mistake I gave wrong measurements to the mats needed. They sent me new ones without extra costs!
Very happy to deal with this company!

Great experience! Ordered two size mats and they are both great quality. There was a sizing error on one (on my part for not being specific enough) and they made it right quickly. Very responsive and easy to work with.

Delivered exactly what I needed and were super easy to communicate with it! Would definitely shop with again :)

Super responsive and considerate - truly such a kind online shopping experience! Plus the mats came super quickly and look amazing. Would definitely order again :)

Initially my package arrived bent but I messaged the team and they immediately sent me another one in reinforced packaging very quickly. I appreciate that service!

Loved ordering from them it was simple and easy. Once it came in it didn’t work for my space and I asked for a refund. They issued me a refund right away and I didn’t have to ship/return the ones I had ordered.

I had a specific need for a mat to fit a frame I had. I explained what I needed and it was easily understood and I was told how to proceed and before I knew it I had the mat in my hand and in my frame and it looks perfect! Thank you! I highly recommend using them!

There was a tiny hiccup with sizing that the company immediately rectified an expedited. Customer service was outstanding and super responsive. Product is gorgeous and I will definitely use them again!
