Quality Bulk Order
I am very satisfied with my order and would not hesitate to order additional items. I placed two bulk orders of wine tumblers and have no complaints regarding the quality of the print, the cup itself or the delivery timeframe. Customer service was also easily accessible and responded promptly to questions pertaining to customizing an item submitted over the weekend.

I was disappointed with the appearance of the product! It was not what I had ordered! I had previously received this personalized product as a gift and loved it so much that I ordered the same for a friend. On delivery the images & print were about 2/3’s the size & were situated on the upper 3rd of the tumbler & out of proportion! Had this not been a gift for a special day I would have returned it, Instead I had a friend apply additional stickers & lettering to make it look proportional as I would have been embarrassed to give it as a gift without this addition. I will not be purchasing any further products from Customizationtrend
