Great Service
David was very knowledgeable and gave great advice when he came to quote for my EV charger.
The installation then happened two days later, not only was this very quick but they went out of their way to collect my house keys as we had then gone on holiday. It was fantastic service that they did this and my charger was on the wall by the time we returned. I highly recommend Custom Electric after this.

Custom Heat were contracted by Hastoe Housing Association to replace the air source heat pump at our home. Unlike the previous company who held the service contract Custom Heat have kept us informed and updated throughout the process. Their Engineer Alex and Electrician Toby have worked tirelessly to resolve technical issues which beset the system and for whom we have nothing but praise.

A job well done!
Damian phoned to let me know he was delayed, which was not a problem but knowing was much appreciated. When he arrived he quickly got on with the job of replacing a light fitting over a staircase - an awkward location, fixed my outside light switch and mended a socket (not on the original schedule) while he was here. All work finished efficiently and politely, and he vacuumed up afterwards.
