very bad, literally no reply to instagram messages, emails whatsoever

I ordered on 6th August 2024 it’s 21st September at time of writing and not delivered I move flats on 26th October and genuinely worried I’ll have moved out before receiving

Placing order is difficult.takes too long....cannot go back to review order.......Website!!! Took days to complete

The idea and product that I was looking for something like this company.

Amazing custom gift for reminding memories and important things for lovely one. I've ordered already few items, love it.

I had to reorder my bracelets because my first order was never delivered. I reached out to a costumer support person but they basically said it was my problem and to talk to the mail carrier. It’s not the first time I get an order lost, but they usually send a replacement since it is not the customer’s fault. I hope they are good quality bracelets.

Haven't received order nor response via email.

I am very disappointed with my bracelet. I feel like the print was not represented well at all in the pictures on the site. I received my bracelet where I put a phrase that has meaning to me. When I received the item I can hardly read it and it certainly does not show when I have it on. So disappointed. Money wasted

UPDATE: CustomCuff did finally get back with me but wasn’t interested in replacing the bracelets even though what I received did not look like the picture of what I was ordering. They did, however, give me a 20% discount to purchase my items again. No, thank you!

I was out of town when my order came in so therefore I opened it late (past the return date) and realized it was not what I thought I was getting. The picture on the website when I ordered had black engraving on the silver bar. The two identical bracelets I received are just engraved so the word is hardly readable. I'm very disappointed in this product. I've tried to contact Custom Cuff but they have not returned a reply. I would not recommend them since they don't ship products like shown on their website and their customer service is obviously not a priority.

My necklace broke and they were able to help me to fix it! Costumer service was extremely polite and helpful :)

Though it ended up coming a little later than I had planned (after my husband's birthday), he absolutely loved it and now he just goes around clicking to me all day, smiling like a big goof. Great work here!

Takes too long in arrival

Spent over $100 and never arrived, I got in contact with customer support and they blamed the post office but they never received it. It’s now been over 12 months and finally gave up fighting it

Love The idea, hope it arrives soon tho
