I called up asking for some extended brake lines and clutch cable for a Fat bob 2017, gave all the details promised call back no call, called the next day jad to re iterate the complete same request to him again, i will call you back again no call this exact sage went on for about a week with no calls being returned instead i just gave up on whole thing put the original bars back on absolute waste of time! Talks for england about how good they are but absolute terrible customer service .

Magnum mufflers …
Recently bought a pair of Magnum mufflers from Custom Cruisers for my Triumph Bonneville America, I found Mike to be helpful and friendly, the mufflers were so easy to fit and sound great, they came with full fitting kit and instructions, I would recommend this company

How the hell is Mike still in business when you go to support a local shop with an enquiry about a part with a view to placing an order and all the owner does is rant and rave about how it’s impossible to get that part, 40 years and I’ve never seen one.
You’ll never get that part.
Nobody makes that part.
No that parts not off that bike.
Well sorry pal, guess what might be hard for you to swallow but YOU are so out of order and wrong.
Funny how I can go to a decent independent shop who can sort the part out in minutes.

Hi Reginald - the problem is after 25 mins at least of us anf you looking at parts books like motorcycle storehouse on our tables with you ,as you didnt know what make it was had ordered incorrectly off the web assuming it was a Samwell which it obviously isnt? we and you have NO CLUE what make it is and Why would anyone keep a springer top clam nut in at all- ? Honestly you need to see the big picture we independants where i am the only guy who works and owns the shop full time cannot afford 1/2 hour to go throuh my books like i did for an imaginary brand you dont know the name of to find you parts for it- and i did stop work to help but then suggested going next door to a firm that would know the thread as it was super fine and my thread gauges would do pipe sdtyle thread- so sorry if you think i got ouit of bed the wrong soide but you are seriously wasting our time me and Roger spent 25-30 minutes getting no where insspite of tryin originally ie getting parts books out too-

Never arrived, don't respond to enquiries.
Bought a forward control extension kit that they claimed was in stock. After processing payment they marked it as "approved for backorder" with no ETA and they do not respond to emails. They list some great stuff, but if they still exist avoid them like the plague.

Been over 2yrs for one trike to get built and lost my main part and took back a trike to be repaired and he gave away my $2000 trike to a ndis customer still awaiting payment or my trike back and nothing won't return calls or emails he moved and run with my trikes they are paid for in full upfront he's not the person he says he is he has ripped me of over $6000

EVO Efi to Carb kit
I purchased an Efi to Carb kit to replace my Magneti-Marelli Efi system that was failing on my 1996 FLHR-I Road King. While not cheap, it was well worth it. The install was easy. If I had pieced everything together it would have actually cost me more than buying it from across the "Pond." The bike now runs better than it ever has. Very happy with my purchase and recommend them.

I've dealt with Mike off and on for over 25yrs. This time for a new whitewall front tyre that Harley can't supply due to the rubber shortage. Loads of advice and a friendly chat as always tyre delivered on time at a good price. Only ever had a good experience.
