Custom Crep City UK Reviews 

The same issue happened to me . I order a custom sneaker with a 5 percent discount in April 21, 2023. This seller also sent me a wrong size . I paid international $97.80 for shipment from US to Tilbury UK . The seller never went to pickup my shipment from the local postal service. Neither did he compensate me for shipment payment or refund me my money. Will not buy from him again. He is running a Bad Business.

I order a sneakers in november 2022, they send me the wrong size, i pay to ship them back to have te good size and they never send me back my good size sneaker and we are on March now 2023

Great service! Ordered a pair of shoes for my little sister for Christmas, I was actually expecting them arrive towards the end of December the earliest but they were sent super quickly and arrived with plenty of time! The staff were prompt with communication, suggesting different ideas for the design. Would definitely recommend, very professional service :).

The product was as described. Good quality vinyl and transfer tape. Arrived in good condition and well packaged. Would order from them again.

I ordered on April the 4th and my trainers were here before the end of April. Contacted via Instagram and ordered via website. They listened to everything I wanted and asked me before they did anything to check it was what I wanted. The customer service via Instagram was incredible. They always kept me up to date. The trainers arrived well boxed and in good condition. The quality of the work was fantastic and would highly recommend. Amy

I couldn’t have had better customer service from Customcrepcity. There is a massive range of designs to choose from, and everything on the website was really easy to understand.

On receiving my custom trainers, I was extremely happy with the quality and care of the product. I was even surprised to see I’d received a couple of extra pair of laces - extra care for the customers!

Asked for a custom request using a photo of what I wanted. Perfect, hassle free service. Very talented painters - did exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t recommend more.

Avoid like the plague... seem nice enough at first wait 2 month for trainers that are comming away at the seems then get accused of doing it ur self for a refund 😂 i also could have hand painted them my self... get fobbed of left right and centre... thankfully paypal got me my money back 160 quid for fake nikes with messed up design i was absolutely gutted when they arrived and i opened the box never again... to good to be true.. no stars from me.. buy at ur own risk because they also accept no responsibility EDIT ** more lies of custom crem below.. they clearly dont take piks of the shoes before they send them or theyd see the pattern was all wrong and still accusing me of damaging trainers ... laughable no agreement was made kept saying theyd send returns label never did then said they wouldnt take shoes back because i broke them... lies lies lies avoid
