Set up my store with CustomCat as the print on demand. Using CustomCat Support - Help instructions, I set up different shipping methods. One being "express". My customer ordered an item. Selected express. Did not receive item till 10 DAYS LATER. First, they used a lame excuse of the item not passing a quality check. Then they came back and said it was because I used "express" as a type of shipping and they don't offer express. Their help literally offers an option for overnight shipping and does not say you cannot name it "express" in shopify. Sad that they couldn't figure out what express means and ship it with the proper method. Worse that they made excuses instead of taking ownership.

New customer and tested them out. Customer service was super fast and answered my questions - no some canned garbage others use. Placed an order and shipped in less than 24hrs. I haven't ordered a sample yet, but so far a great experience. I will update if this info changes

Overall I had a relatively good experience with CustomCat, however when my business expanded enough that I no longer needed their fulfillment help, I went to downgrade my subscription and I immediately lost access to the pricing discount despite having already paid for a full month of discount. I wasn't warned of this before downgrading either. That's bad practice and soured what was otherwise a pretty neutral to good experience with the brand. I should retain the benefits through the end of the period I already paid for. Their production time was pretty fast although the shipping method was often slower than normal (included a 3rd part with local handoff to USPS). Prints were as promised and good quality in my experience. Hopefully they'll take this feedback into account and adjust it for future users.

My god these lot are literally the fastest printers out there, they are so fast that they had my item printed and sent before I even got to it in my etsy store and the quality of their Digiprint is next level....your customers will definitely thank you and leave a review

I have started to pick up a sales now in my etsy store and have 100% on time delivered to customer rating on etsy. I have had repeat purchases from customers delivered on time no problems. If you have a question Custom cat will always get back quick to me. Customcat has a paid membership that would suit someone getting 20 sales a month or so. And a free version, the paid sub gets a few dollars off t shirts and customcats other products. Witch would leave a bit of breathing room for more profits but if you have the free plan there is still room to make profits. They have shirts starting at around $6 US and a little under, most of their shirts for quality and are around $12.00 US to 19.00 US and even better quality depending what you want. They have products fulfilled and out to the customer really quick. The delivery is one of the cheapest if not the cheapest i have found out there personally. If a customer buy's more than one item depending on what is it is are charged only $1.50 us each other item or so you can see their shipping rates. I would put my money on custom cat to look after my E business with fulfillment. I am glad i used Customcat give them a go. Customcat also offers digiprint a vibrant print.

Great printing quality but TERRIBLE customer service!!!!! Its been over a week and no response from them on the 2 pieces that they messed up in my order. I have submitted the issues on their web forms twice, emailed them 3 times, and left 2 voicemails over the week.... ZERO RESPONSE from them!!! Support your customers or lose them!!!!

Prices keep changing, and they're not going down. I am being charged 20 dollars for a t-shirt now and 25 if I cover shipping for the customer. Front and back. There is no room for profit here.

Nobody is going to pay $35 for a thin below average t-shirt. It may be different if the shirts were of high quality and thick, but they are not.

I wasn't going to write a review; trying to give the company the opportunity to right an obvious wrong. I was aware of their short order cancelation window; 1 hour to make changes or change your mind is not industry standard, but CustomCat had come recommended, so I trusted the referral. Setup went well and according to their production wizard, my product immediately went into an "in production" status. All good right? Not. They had just started a "new process for printing that is better than DTG". Reading their website before submitting my work, I was aware of the new technology. However, there was no mention of production issues or potential delays. They advertised it as up and running and there was no option to choose DTG as a printing process. I was working in a tight window to get a set of tshirt proofs to a customer, so I submitted designs so that I would have an extra week for any experienced delays. Normally it takes less than 4 days, even during busy times, to get printing done. Long story short. After 5 days and no movement within their system, I contacted customer support. No answer for 2 days. The customer service response noted that they were having production issues. It was going to be "longer than the normal 4-7 day turn around time", They stated that they had a learning curb with the new process - something that was advertised as being up and working. Since I needed my designs in a hurry by now, I asked them to cancel/refund my order since they couldn't provide the service. No refund because the shirt was "in production" and past their cancellation window. They said they could refund my shipping only (which they haven't done) and donate the shirts. This was not and is not an acceptable outcome. I am hoping that no one has this experience with them. I did get one shirt from a separate order placed on the same day. The shirt arrived over a month after the order was placed "in production". The quality was good BUT I ended up placing my production orders with a competitor - better service, prices, and product. Lesson learned.

Their products are awesome, their prices are descent, but the strength of a company comes with their customer service and Custom Cat's customer service is absolutely horrible. (My Locker)

The response is the slowest out of the 5 POD production partners that I work with. Their responses are unprofessional and exhibit a lack of company knowledge.

As a business-to-business company, Custom Cat must increase their standards in order to compete. It is unfortunate that the frontline personnel that handle their business correspondence offset all of the hard work and professionalism they have with the manufacturing side of their business.

Just signed up today. And have already encountered nonsense. The site keeps telling me my password is incorrect. I click the forgot password, reset it. The site says password incorrect. This infinite loop of ridiculousness must be a sign that I shouldn't even be fooling with this company.

I have made many shirts with this company and recently created a custom order for Christmas. Be aware that their logo designer software will randomly change where you logo is placed. I'm very careful about this but in the end my shirts had logos on the bottom of the shirt (not how I designed it). Since it was so close to Christmas I took photos and emailed them. I recieved multiple emails asking me to wait for their decision. After the 4th email and no direction I went to a Customcat FB page. After getting user attention there an admin did come on to say it was my fault. SUGGESTIONS - take screen shots of your designs in the design window as proof. If you have an issue call or go on their Facebook page for faster issue service. I'll be moving to Printify.

Automatically delete a customer's order without notice, if the customer does not detect it, the order will be lost
Contacting support staff is not resolved

Tried very hard to make it work with this company but after spending hundreds of dollars on samples and customer service inquiries I gave up. Products were good quality but print quality was horrible and inconsistent. Customer service ranged from very good for the first experience to waiting for over 4 business days for a reply. Their website says response within 1 business day. I have since found a company that is quite the opposite and will not be using Custom Cat as a supplier.
