Worst product I ever bought
Worst product I ever bought. Sent me a product with a different skin colour, then they offered to do a remake and sent me a colour chart to choose from even though they had the images. Then on the remake they repeatedly reassured me they could make it how it should be then once again sent me the wrong product. When I contacted them again they said they could only do them in a white skin tone and didn’t have the materials to make a brown skin. However instead of informing me of that original they decided to take my money for a product they knew they’d never be able to make! And will not refund me!

The figure did not reflect the person at all. Asking for a further adaption of the head they only offer a 10% discount voucher for the next buy. It is not possible to have an adaption or correction. Honestly - save your money and think about other gifts or shops - but this company here is just not be recommended and does not care about customer laws or rights at all. NEVER AGAIN
In Case you request some money back and want to take the offer if 10% cashbavk for certain you are ales flowing to receive it

The communication with the company was excellent and shipping was really fast . Even the standard one . However the figure does not really bear much resemblance to the actual person other than the hair.
