Don’t order if you expect the product in a timely manner

I ordered custom Easter outfits for my two new grand babies. I ordered them mid January. I kept messaging them when a month and an half had gone by and I hadn’t received anything and they promised they were on their way. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money when they hadn’t arrived by Easter. Well they arrived yesterday (4-14-26). They are still refusing g to give me my money back. They say they will give me 10% back if I return the items. This is the worst company I have every dealt with!

RUINED EASTER!!!

I bought my new grandson/1st ever grandchild/1st Easter present through this company. It's been 5 weeks and they apologized and said they'll ship it within 1 week. Not acceptable, Easter is in 1 week!

Product is not worth why you pay for…

Product is not worth why you pay for it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The metal plate with the name is off centered and way smaller than shown in picture. I asked for a new plate like the one advertised and they told me it would cost them too much money to send it. Terrible customer service. Received after Christmas when I ordered it a month before.

Metal bow holder

I agree with James Gillespie. I also ordered 2 metal bow holders. The pictures on the site clearly show a thick metal product capable of holding a bow however what I received yesterday 1/2/26 (after Christmas) was 2 flimsy pieces of very thin metal. Would never be able to hold anything. These were ordered as Christmas presents and I paid extra shipping for them to arrive for Christmas which they did not.
This company continues to falsely advertise so I recommend not purchasing from custombestgifts.

Item Not as Advertised – Photos on Site Do Not Match Product Received

I ordered a personalized metal deer skull rack from CustomBestGift and paid approximately $70 including shipping. The first three photos on their website clearly show a thick, rigid, solid metal rack capable of holding bows and firearms.

The product I actually received is shown in the attached photos. It is thin, flimsy sheet metal that bends easily by hand and is structurally incapable of safely holding the weight shown in their advertising. The material quality, thickness, and construction are completely different from what is advertised.

When I contacted customer service and provided photos and video, the company first offered a 5% refund to keep the item, then stated I could return it but must pay international return shipping, despite their own policy stating that customers are not responsible for return shipping when goods are “not correct.”

This is not a minor variation — it is clear misrepresentation. The website photos and the delivered product are materially different. Buyers should be cautious and review the attached photo comparison carefully before ordering.

Update: After my initial review, the company publicly responded stating that a refund would be issued. However, in private follow-up emails, they reversed that position and stated they would only offer a maximum 30% refund unless I paid international return shipping.

This directly contradicts their own published return policy, which states that customers are not responsible for return shipping when goods are “not correct.” The product I received is materially different from the item advertised, which I documented with side-by-side photos and video already provided to the seller.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this professionally, the company has refused to honor its policy or its written representation of a refund. All correspondence and policy language are documented.

I am sharing this update so other buyers are aware of how refunds are actually handled when an item does not match the listing.
