This review would have been 5 star except for an initial mix up of the order in which I received the wrong item. After quite a lot of email exchanges I was eventually refunded. I would award the toaster I bought 5 stars plus. I would award the customer service 3 stars plus. We eventually got there but it took quite a bit of communication.

Great countertop oven!
This is a great device for cooking different foods especially baked and air fried foods.It has preset temperature and timing settings for different types of foods and these settings can be easily adjusted using the 2 knobs depending on what you are cooking. It is equipped with 10 different functions. You can fry, make pizza, toast, bake, air roast broil, make rotisseries, grill and thaw with it. This air fryer oven makes cooking more convenient. It has a rotisserie feature that cooks every rotisserie chicken to perfection. Two thumbs up!
