If I could give this company ZERO stars I would.
Ordered two cushions and a throw. The cushions arrived very late - and were very expensive for the quality - and the throw didn't arrive at all. It's a good thing in hindsight, as the throw was priced at around £30 and I have since found it elsewhere for less than a tenner.
They ignored my several attempts to contact them. It was only when I threatened to start leaving bad reviews did I get anything in the way of a response. Even then it was a lie - they told me that they "have tried to refund the throw to my Paypal" - I checked this with Paypal and they had no record of such activity.
Luckily, Paypal were able to help me out a bit. I filed a Paypal dispute because I wasn't getting anywhere with CCS, and even Paypal couldn't extract a response from them.
PLEASE don't waste your time and money on this company!

My wife ordered a throw from these muppets not realising she was dealing with a company based in China! A month later it did actually arrive. Customer service throughout was extremely poor and quality of item wasn't much better. Was hoping it would never arrive as credit card company was about to refund and from others experience could not be bothered with the extra hassle of the refund process. At least we got something and the dogs are happy! Same advice as others AVOID THIS OUTFIT AT ALL COSTS.
Extremely poor quality, shockingly slow shipping and abysmal customer service
Ordered cushion on 7th Dec, Advised of 7-10 day dispatch. I got in touch on 21st Dec to cancel order, as had not received any notification of shipping by this point (which they stated I would) and needed by Christmas. They then advised that it actually had shipped, and so they could not cancel the order. Finally arrived 31st Dec. Absolutely shocking quality, a flimsy pathetic scrap of material. I returned it and am still chasing them for a refund. Avoid at all costs. Quality extremely poor, delivery shockingly slow and I am not expecting to see my money ever again.

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish. I ordered velvet fabric cushions covers as per description on website but they are synthetic material. Now they are insisting that I pay to return them.
Be very careful with this company, it is not what it seems. The cushion covers are NOT luxury velvet, they were posted from China. They arrived late and are completely mis-sold.

I left an earlier review, while I was waiting for my cushions to arrive. They finally arrived, 4 weeks after ordering and the quality was atrocious. Nothing like they appeared on the website. I returned them and finally (after 4 weeks) today I received my refund. I had spoken to my bank about the whole thing ( as I paid with Visa debit) and they were prepared to try and reverse the payment under something called Chargeback. This is where your bank will attempt to retrieve the funds that they paid. They will do this in a number of circumstances. All they asked, was that each time I emailed Cushioncover store, I made it clear that I was taking this action and gave them a deadline to respond to my email ( they advised 48hours). Each time I contacted Cushion cover store and stated this, I received a reply from them and as I mentioned previously, today I had my refund. So if anyone has had a similar experience, I would encourage you to try this. The lady that I spoke to at my bank was really helpful and said that lots of consumers do not pursue companies like this one, as they are not usually huge sums (it was £51 in my case) but that they will try to help where possible. To anyone thinking about ordering from them, my advice is DON'T!!

Terrible company!!! Cushions took weeks to arrive and looked nothing like the photo. Completely different colour and material. They look so cheap and horrible. Haven't replied to any emails about getting a refund. AVOID ordering from this website at all costs!!

I placed an order at the beginning of November, only received part of my order.... ALL BAD QUALITY....... I have returned all items and so far have only received a refund for one Item of £16! My order was over £100!!! What a fool I feel for not reading reviews first. They will not reply back to you. I'm hoping I can get a refund via my credit card. One very very very angry customer!
Shocking Quality and Service
I am sorry i didn't see all the other reviews before I ordered. I normally don't take to writing reviews but feel so compelled to do in order that other potential customers can be warned. I can't believe the service. After complaining by email I finally received one cushion cover out of the nine ordered. I have 8 other cushion covers waiting to arrive - I checked my delivery status and they claim it has been fulfilled! This is just shocking I feel so angry that I trusted them. DON'T buy under any circumstances, outside of the poor delivery, the quality is terrible.

So disappointed with cushion covers that finally arrived today 29th December after ordering 4 cushion covers in November .With a supposed 7 to 10 Deliverey...On arrival yesterday found the material of poor rough material ...Definitely not worth the £11 each I paid .Colours on pattern where also different to photograph.also. As with all the other reviews I have found the Cushion Cover Store to have appalling service. I placed my order at the beginning of December and only two of the six items have arrived. I was not aware they were being shipped from overseas until the first item arrived with an international customs label. The UK address on the site is very misleading. When chasing up my order I was informed the delivery timeline of 7-10 days is what they aim to achieve but is not a promise. I received a reply with almost the exact same wording as the emails I see other people have received regarding the tracking email. Clearly it is just sent out to stall customers. I would avoid this company like the plague.

Cushion covers finally arrived from Asia. Totally different colour to the colour I ordered. They are badly made, cheap and only fit for the bin. What a waste of £50.
Terrible service and long delivery period
Terrible customer service. I placed an order in November and I received the cushion inserts but no cushion covers. I chased a few times and been fobbed off with the same excuses as other reviewers ie message saying they have shipped the covers and then they send you a link to a non-existent tracking site. I finally received 2 out of 3 cushion covers today. They come from Philippines so shipping definitely takes more than 7-10days promised on the website and communication by supplier is v poor.

I ordered 4 covers on 4th December and the money left my account on the 5th. After 3 e-mails I received a response on the 19th Dec; the customer service rep could "see my order had been dispatched so arranged for a tracking mail to be sent".
I finally received 2 of the 4 covers on 22nd Dec. It's now 4th Feb - long past the 7 to 10 day delivery period quoted - and still no sign of the rest of my order. Customer Services next to useless. I have requested a cancellation/ refund on multiple occasions but the company no longer responds aside from the automatic email.
Fortunately my credit card provider has now refunded my money but I'm angry that this company is deceiving people by leaving orders unfulfilled.
Do youself a favour and avoid!!
