After a minor miscommunication issue (due to staff shortages - understandable), I received my CushCase today. It's very well made, a great fit for my ASUS ProArt PX13 (I chose the sleeve for a Razer Blade Stealth 13 (2019/20) - fits perfectly), and I'm very happy! Definitely would/will recommend.

**Minor issue** (for me, anyway) is that I ordered a blue sleeve, but received a black one. But I'm happy with it, so won't be returning it.

A lot of time went into CAREFULLY sourcing this Cushcase for a 14 inch £2K new purchase HP Spectre x360 2024 laptop. Although the sleeve product is of high quality, it does not accommodate the laptop - the sleeve is too small in width, by about half an inch so you can't close the velcro secured flap down, rendering the sleeve useless. The velcro flap is is just too short - l think they must have despatched a 13 inch version, despite the packaging label stating it was a 14 inch sleeve. Incredibly annoying! ***UPDATE *** Very prompt response to this issue - a replacement sleeve received 7 days later which FITS PERFECTLY - 5 * customer service takes the overal review rating from TWO to FOUR STARS.

Case did not fit the prudct it was sold for.

Wasted my time and my money as i had to pay retrun postage

Absolutely fantastic experience.

I purchased a laptop sleeve for a framework 13 from this website a few days ago and I am very happy.

The case was delivered very quickly and is exceptional quality, it is the perfect size for the device, the material feels very premium and it has been manufactured really well.

I can definitely recommend Cushcase and they will be my first stop when I next need to buy another case for any other devices.
