I ordered 3 different type of pants (size L). They are not cheap! It took approximately 1 1/2 month to arrive. I kept asking for the status of my order. They kept giving me a run around, so I asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund. They didn't. Still sent me the orders. When they arrived. OMG it was joke. They are like 3 sizes down. They are kid sizes. All 3 jeans were a Large, but they were ALL different sizes. I messaged them and asked them for an exchange, not even a return. They said they could not do. They said I had to pay for the return but it would be too expensive ( & not even give me an address for the return). They told me "here is a 20% so that you can purchase it again for a better size". That's how they play. It's better to buy from Shien or fashion Nova. You'll get better service and merchandise. Not for curvy people. CHINA BUSINESS. CHINA ADDRESS.

This company is doing false advertisement because their return policy said refund with in 30days. When I requested a refund, they stated they couldn’t do full refund only 30% as the company isn’t making money. (That’s not my problem). This should be in their policy then and if a customer still decides to buy then they had to choose. Also, they are making money if the customers requesting a refund are not receiving 70% of their money. Which to me is insane. I don’t recommend buying from them unless you don’t care you only receive 30% refund.

The items I purchased did not fit. Your response after I emailed with an inquiry on your return policy. You shared give them to a friend and my next purchase would be 20% off. Completely unacceptable. I will never order from Curvyfaja again.

Large is not my size is too short and too fix. Large is not my size, should be explain better the size.

Excelent, I am happy with the garment

I really liked the faja. It does not roll down. I am a Large and purchased an XL. I am going to try the L to see if it fits. The XL did fit slug. Not sure how I see other reviews stating they are 170 lbs wearing a small. I would say to buy your true size. Will post later when I receive the L to see if it really fits.

I had purchased from CurvyFaja before without issues, but my most recent experience was very disappointing. They sent me the wrong size, and when I contacted them, they never took responsibility or provided a proper solution. As a customer, I expected better service and accountability. Unfortunately, this has changed my opinion, and I will not be purchasing from CurvyFaja again.

Would select zero instead of one star. I have yet to receive my August order.

Took a while, comes from China. Quality absolutely terrible for the price. You can get some much better quality legitimate jeans not jegging material for the same price here in the US. I would like to return, but nobody has responded to my email yet.

Horrible items. Cheap from China and they do not offer returns. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FORM HERE. The products are CHEAPLY MADE. Even SHEIN has better quality.

this is a scam the fajas that I received were dupes not the real ones fake materials nothing on what you are advertising. I want my money back
