I tried to return my order and instead of offering me a full refund, they offered me to keep the order with a refund of 60%. I didn't want the order and their customer service team told me my refund was sent but I have yet to see it.

Great first order

Great first order. I ordered a couple of dresses and they fit perfectly. The sizes fit similar to that in Torrid or Avenue. They run a little bit larger than Lane Bryant which tends to run just a little, tiny bit small. Really great customer service. Will absolutely be checking out this website when I need a new outfit.

Talked to several people and all of us still waiting, keep getting the sorry it’s processing email and rest assured when I email them I’m beyond frustrated and just want my money back! Return Process Broken

Beautiful dress, nice surprise!

My expectations weren't too high since I ordered based off of a Facebook ad, and the price was so low. But I'm really, really happy with this dress! It fit perfectly, my husband said he really liked it, and it's comfy. The color is gorgeous and the fit is very flattering. Can't wait to wear it to a wedding tomorrow. It's super lightweight too, so it'll be nice to pack for cruises, vacations, etc or anywhere you need to dress up.

Amazing customer service!

They have amazing customer service! The quality of the clothes is very good, but I had an issue with some sizing. They refunded the amount, said I could donate the clothes and have me a 20% OFF coupon for future purchases. Very timely responses and I didn't have to spend money shipping the clothes back.
