I've ordered 3 items in May and finally almost 2 months later received 2 items. One is still on the way. I didn't like the quality of fabrics and sizes. Contacted via email ( don't have a phone number) to return. You have to email few times to get a response. They suggested me to donate items because shipping cost will be $35 to send back to China and they offer me $5 refund. I even mentioned why not sending to Chino address on the package they sent. They said the warehouse is in China, so we have to return to China. This is scam. This company has to be shut down. I even reported to BBB. So, basically this company doesn't take returns.

FALSE ADVERTISING!! The orders are nowhere to be found. NO tracking provided. NO answer to emails. I should have double checked this "company", first. I'm under the impression, that FASIGAL had to create a new front, to try to clean up it's bad reputation. THIS IS WORST!

By the way, I wouldn't even give 1 star!

I bought 16 items ($328.41) on April 29, 2020. I finallyreceived a single USPS tracking number for all 16 items, which I assumed would be delivered in a large package containing all 16 items. When I got the notification from USPS that my package arrived on May 19th, I figured with so many items, it'd be on my front porch step, but it wasn't. When I went to my mailbox, there it was--one single package stuffed inside. I opened it up, and there was only ONE item of those that I ordered. I have now waited 3 days thinking the packages got separated, have called USPS, and there are no other packages. I have reached out by email to CurveLady as per their contact infomation given, but no response. They have cheated me of more than $300 worth of clothing? Isn't this a felony???? Making matters worse, the one item I did receive was described as a cotton/linen blend Summer Pockets Striped Casual Capri Pants - White. They are "BADLY-made" of heavy sweatshirt material, no linen blend whatsoever, so defintely not Summer pants, and there is no striped pattern as pictured or described in the item title. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! This is a hideous practice, especially as the world is going through a pandemic. I am a single mom who never buys clothes for myself, but when I saw what I thought was a great deal, I thought I would actually treat myself to a wardrobe update. CurveLady took what little money I had and delivered nothing but trash or nothing at all. So very sad. So very embarassed. So very broke. SHAME ON CURVELADY and it's owners and workers, if such a company actually exists. Will continue to post this review in hopes no one else is taken in by this company.

we ordered 5 pieces of clothing from this site and only received 1 item but the order status said all items were delivered.. We could only contact them via email and their response was to give a 2nd tracking number which via their link said it had been delivered the same day as the other package. When going to the USPS tracking website, this 2nd tracking number was reported to have been only created, BUT HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED. THis site is a SCAM! They provide false tracking information and do not fulfill their orders! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I would give zero stars if I could. I was led to believe this was a California based company when it is based in China. I read reviews that must have been padded because they were mostly positive. I ordered on April 6, it is April 26 and still no delivery. Company does not respond to emails. They have an F with BBB. I should have checked before ordering. I have filed a dispute with PayPal. This company is a bad actor.

Buyer beware believe that Fasigal is now doing business as Curvelady. Deceptive, non- responsive customer service and again products are nothing like pictured. Extremely inferior materials and sizing horrible.
