I too would rate them a minus. It is a total scam. I so wish I had looked up the reviews before I ordered the dress that I never received. Now I’m reading that the quality would be terrible anyway. Royal Scam!!!!!!

Scammers. They do not honor their return policy. They never send a return authorization or an address to return items to. They keep emailing crazy solutions...this is their last one:

Zero is not an option to score a company...to bad because this one, gets a -5 score! They took my $65 for a dress that I never received and when I tried to "log in" to my account with them, they could not validate my credentials, so I clicked on "Forgot Password" and nothing happens. Multiple times. No phone number. They are fictitious. I have reported them to FTC (Federal Trade Commission), which I encourage all to do and disputing the charges with my bank! DO NOT GIVE THIS SCAM A CENT OF YOUR HARD EARNED AMERICAN DOLLARS!!!!!

You are not able to return items even if you prove the wrong sizing.
The items are from China. This is nothing more than a 3rd party TEMU.
Customer service acts so sorry for your inconvenience but does not refund or return

Clothes are junk - the pants were made out of material similar to halloween costumes. Trying to return is a joke. They email only once a day (which is the only way to communicate with them). First they offered 10% off, next day they offered 20% off, third day they offered 30% of and 20% of on next purchase (which there will never be). They’ve blocked me on FB so I can’t warn anyone else. Finally gave me an address to send back the junk but I believe it’s bogus because UPS is having trouble delivering. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Do not order from this company. Products are not the quality they show in the pictures.
Although, I returned my item and did get my refund. It took 2 weeks of negotiations to get my full refund less the shipping which I paid for as my purchase was under $79.00 as listed on their website.
So spending 30$ on shipping my item to me and back to them my refund was only 10$.
Terrible customer service, terrible business ethics and I will NOT BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER.
Buying off Facebook is a joke to say the least.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The WORST company ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Horrible quality and horrible sizing. I wanted to return my purchase, they kept on offering me deals: 20% refund and I can keep the awful clothes that aren’t true to size. Next email: 30%, then 50%. Then they told me I wouldn’t receive a return label and had to pay for the return and when I receive a tracking number let them know. I did. I had to wait for verification they received the return. When the return was verified they said I would receive my refund within 5-15 days. It never happened. I have continued emailing them. I don’t think I will ever receive my refund. By the way, they make you pay for the return and deduct what they paid for shipping to you on your order and then calculate your refund. Definitely a scam company.

Ordered clothes in April took until June to get clothes and when I finally got them the sizing was awful. Took 2 months to get a return label sent clothes back and 4 months later still haven't gotten my money back! Worse company ever!!!

Website came up on Facebook and they looked cute so I ordered a few things without doing my due diligence. The website said clothes would be shipped in 3 days, which would give me plenty of time before my upcoming trip (6 weeks from order date). Ordered 3 pieces all in the same size. After 3 weeks had passed and nothing had been shipped, I emailed their customer service threatening to cancel the order or open a dispute with my credit card company. I should have just cancelled it right then, but the pics of the clothes were cute and I really wanted them for my trip. It took the company over a week to respond with the shipping/tracking info. Well, the clothes never arrived before I left. When I got back from my trip, the clothes were waiting. First, only 2 of the three items I ordered were delivered (one short set and 1 top, an additional shirt wasn't shipped at all). Second, when I tried the two tops on, I couldn't get my arm in one of them and the other was so tight that it was impossible to button. So I double checked the size and the size that I ordered. Both shirts had a label indicating the correct size and were supposed to be my correct size according to their online size chart. However, there is no way the sizes are correct. I even offered them to my mother who is several sizes smaller than me and she couldn't even get into either shirt. And now I can't return them because of how much time has passed.
Please learn from my mistakes and do not waste your time and money with this company. They are a complete scam. I am so sorry I wasted $100 on this scam. Don't let them get you too.

Worst clothes. Terrible Customer Service. Customer service took FIVE weeks & TWO weeks to respond. Customer service is only through email. Don't waste your money! Requested a return label and after two weeks was told to refer to their return policy on website and keep items or give clothes to a friend.

Buyer BEWARE: Absolutely the worst company and customer service I have ever experienced. I received the shirt and it was way too big and it didn't look like the picture. So I asked for a return based on the published policy. I have had nothing but complete run around and over 12 emails now. The latest email tops it all. I was told that they can refund 30% of the price and a 20% discount coupon on my next purchase and keep the item. "This is the best compensation I will receive and I should highly consider the offer." I can't wear the shirt, it is ugly, not buying from them again so I just want my money back. But, that looks like it will never happen. They completely ripped me off and I will NEVER buy from them again.

Horrible experience.
Quality is poor, returns (due to them sending the incorrect size), no communication. so I lost my money. Never do business with them again. Poor customer service, it is a scam. they will have to earn my trust in correcting their errors.

I would give this company 0 stars if available. Horrible experience. False advertisement on fabric, cut and size. When I emailed to return items they were like "let's make a deal" approach to refund. First they said it was policy to return within 7 days to they would refund 20%, then 30% and most recent 50%. The cost of the return is at least 30%. Just don't buy from this company. Awful!

Absolute garbage clothing, does not at all look as advertised and the scam company will not refund your money. I suggest you notify your government Consumer Protection office to report them.

I ordered two outfits. The fabric is very low quality, see thru. It was like wearing pajamas! Trying to do a return but they are giving me a hard time always sending a set of ridiculous questions. By reading other reviews, I am out my money. Should have read the review first!

SCAM ALERT! I got 2 out of 3 items, both were terrible quality of fabric: scratchy, cheap looking and they were see-though! I tried to return them but they wouldn't let me. Offered to send me a 30% refund only. Had to argue with them just to get a refund on the item that they didn't even send.

They ship from USA but tell you that you can't return them there. I reported them to the FTC. They need to be shut down

Order 3 outfits. Sizing was terrible. Emailed for a return. Got the run around for 4 days. Wanting to know why I didn't want them. Asking me to measure the items. Offering me $21 out of $137. When I told them I was going to write a bad review on trustpiilot they stopped answering my emails. Horrible company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Never received order. Blocked my email and on Facebook. Out $187

Ordered more than 3 weeks ago. Still waiting for order. Tracking number shows nothing.
