First time ordering from this company. I received one of 3 items ordered, other 2 were random shirts. Tried to return, after multiple emails back and forth was offered 30% back or a gift card! That is not what they state on site, it says to contact them and they will provide information to return items for refund! This is a TOTAL SCAM!!! I have reported them!

This company will twist themselves into pretzels rather than give a refund. First they offer 30% “credit” if I kept the dress, then a 50% credit. It took 3-4 emails to get a return address and it had to be tracked. Not only that, the quality of the dress was poor. I eventually got the refund because I stubbornly would not let them get away with this. Never, ever, use this retailer again. I was obviously dealing with people in China because their emails came in the middle of the night. They are a nightmare to deal with.

Clothing did not fit. Obviously was made for Asian women. American women beware. Given a partial refund. Still have clothing.

The only reason I gave this company a one star is because their communication via email was OK. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I paid for expedited shipping for 3 to 5 days received the order in two weeks and missed my event. The product was substandard and wasn’t anywhere near the size that it listed.

The quality of clothing is poor, the sizing is not correctly stated. One top, it was a billowy, loose top, ordered size small. The top is so large, I look like a sailboat. Another top, more form fitting, I ordered size medium based on size chart and my measurements. The top is so tight across my bust, and the arms so, so tight. Similar with the pants. I spent $99.68. I emailed them for the refund policy. No refund unless I pay shipping to China! Instead, they offered me to keep the clothes and they'll refund my half of what I paid, minus shipping. I finally agreed 7/9/25, I'm still waiting for the funds to credit to my account. A def rip-off. Stay away

I ordered three shirts and one pair of pants. When they came the pants fit but the three shirts did not. I returned the three shirts exactly as they told me to after a discussion about them offering me some small amount of money and keep the shirts which I turned down. Two months have gone by and I never received the three shirts in the size I asked for. I was sent four 5XL size shirts which are never in a million years going to fit me and the shirts were ugly I've tried everything to communicate with them. I've paid more money. I've been emailing constantly and still no success. My suggestion is do not order anything from this company for your sake.

I ordered a green dress and a grey arrived promptly, from China. It fitted me but it was of a very cheap quality. Poorly finished and very ordinary fabric.
So I contacted the company to return item and get a full refund as the site promised. I was offered refund of a third of the price and I could keep it. Then I was offered a half refund and I could keep it. In each case I explained that I would never wear it and I didn't want it.
So I posted the dress to USA, from Australia, and sent them photos of the parcel and particularly the details on the label. The postage cost me $42. I paid $125aus for the dress originally.
I have heard nothing two months later.
I have started recontacting them and we are back to square one - 'will you accept partial refund? Send us more information. '
Curve dream is a scam. I'm sorry I ever saw the site.

I ordered a dress for my sons fall wedding. It was advertised as a forest green dress with matching cover and fall colored flowers on it. When I received it, it was mint green with a blueish green cover and the flowers are bright colors. I have been trying to return it for nothing and get a full refund for two weeks!! I shouldn't lose money on a product received in the wrong colors!! They will not work with me! They want me to pay to send it back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Dress I ordered did not look as nice and elegant as it did in the picture on their website.

I also paid extra for express delivery and received my order after this time. I asked customer service for a refund of the difference between express delivery and the standard delivery which I received which I thought was only fair to pay for the service I received, however my request for this was refused.

I will not be ordering from curvedream again and I certainly will not be recommending them to anyone.

Very poor service, very disappointed overall.

I ordered a dress that was way too big for a size small, the material was not as expected so I just wanted to return it. The return policy is worst in the world. No customer service phone number, you have to email them for an authorization code. I tried 3x, no response. I reported to my CC company. Long story, disastrous customer service. DONT BUY IT!!

The quality is terrible. Does not match website description. Returns are not easy. I wish I would have read reviews of this company first. Lesson learned. :(

The item I ordered was out of stock, but I only found that out when I emailed them to ask where it was.
No response so far to my request for a refund....

This company is a great disappointment! I have emailed them continuously for almost a month trying to find out what happened to my order. They have already charged my credit card and I have not received my package. They keep sending the same generic email back to me, unwilling to search for the problem . I've asked for credit and they have so far refused.
I have since read that this company is a SCAM AND I WOULD HAVE TO AGREE!

The order took forever to receive. When I inquired about it, I was told it just cleared customs from China. When I returned from my vacation, I found my order waiting for me. The materials were cheap. The return process, if you want to call it that, was anything but easy. I’m still waiting to see if I will get a refund. I do not recommend this business at all. Don’t order from here.

I ordered 6 dresses. Sizes are WAY off…I only tried on 2 because the others were so poorly made and the fit was totally off. I paid the shipping back to the company, even though they begged to ship more items to make me happy. Are you kidding me? They received the dresses and said it would take 5-15 days to return it to my credit card. Here it is, JULY 18, 2025….2 1/2 months after this whole nightmare began!!!! NEVER use this company.

Dress received. The material in the photo is very deceptive and different than the actual fabric of the dress received.

They say easy, free returns, but they do NOT mean it. They will drag out the process and keep offering higher increments of refunds (30%/50%/etc) to keep the items and not return them. Then, they don’t cover shipping. It’s crap quality and the return process is ridiculous. Avoid and shop elsewhere

I ordered 2 dresses on 23rd June 2025 which were supposed to arrive within 8-15 business days. It is now 17th July and I haven't heard anything at all about the items being despatched. Don't do it!!!

Stay away! I ordered 6 dresses and only received one. At first, customer service told me that I received my full order, told me items were out of stock and gave me no indication if/when I would ever receive the rest of my order. I've demanded a full refund daily and still have not received it. What a terrible experience! If I could give them no stars, I would. Why give a company any stars if all they do is take your money?
