Needed a touch more effort
The material is beautiful and the curtains are made well. My primary complaint is that the curtains were not crease trained at all, so they don't fall nice and neat. Other curtains I've ordered that are of this price point were crease trained and packed folded perfectly like an accordion in the bag, with a paper band to hold the shape of the folds together. These curtains came in big bags folded in half twice, top to bottom. I'm very disappointed that I spent thousands of dollars and still have to do this process myself, which could have been easily completed from the factory with no down time on my part, especially considering the 4-6 week order fulfillment.

We want to be transparent with you regarding why this occurred. For exceptionally high-set windows like yours, our standard horizontal shaping machinery occasionally faces physical limitations. However, we hear you—at this price point, the 'out-of-the-box' experience should be effortless.
Our Commitment to Improvement:
Your feedback has directly impacted our operations. We are currently implementing a new vertical steam-shaping station specifically designed to handle oversized and extra-high panels. This will allow us to 'crease train' and accordion-pack even our largest custom orders in the future.

I still haven't received my order. *Updated*
I still haven't received my order. So I can't review it. Ordered 2/7/26 Delivered 3/26/26, did not match website shipping time frames. Updated rating: curtains finally arrived. Fabric is nice, well packaged. I would not recommend the curtain rods hower. Quality is not there for the price ($300/rod), could have purchased them locally for much less. Also the wall hardware (screws/anchors) were not at all what is needed for drywall, it required a trip to the store. Overall if needing special sizing they are suitable but fabric only, would not recommend hardware. Be patient with shipping as well.

Lilith Beige curtains are Gold color, not Beige
Ordered custom curtains in Lilith Beige. I like the material. Workmanship is good, although one of the hem weights has already fallen out. I am very disappointed in the color. These are definitely Gold, NOT Beige. Curtarra issued a partial refund, but I am still unhappy.

Wonderful well made curtains
We looked at many different velvet type drapes. Some of the others seem monochromatic, but the Curtarra , and the sample that I received, had so much depth of color. So we bit the bullet and paid a little bit more but oh my goodness are these the most beautiful curtains I’ve ever seen. Deep velvet blue that changes colors with movement and has complete blackout during the daytime. If I could give six stars for this purchase I would.
I also bought the curtain rod that has fixtures at the top of the curtains can slide across on the rail without difficulty and it’s really well made. Overall, this is a great experience with purchasing curtains and hanging them myself.
