I bought a pair of curtains. When they arrived they had rod pockets instead of eyelets. I requested a return as not only did they have the wrong detail but they looked nasty and not as good quality as in the picture. They would only offer a 5 percent discount and have stalled so much. In the end they said a manager would email me and not to leave any feedback until I had heard from their manager.

Well months later still haven’t heard from a manager or been able to return the curtains.

My advice is avoid do not use this company. I have lost over £50!!

Avoid avoid what a terrible company I paid 60 for a pair of nasty cheap wrong size horrible colour cheap material curtains .
I asked for the return address and they won't give it me .
They will not give you a refund so be aware of this company stick to our own country don't buy from this company

This is the biggest mistake I ever made. Curtains took so long to be delivered and it's nothing like what is being advertised online. Not worth the price at all. So disappointed.

Ugh! I wish I would have read this before ordering. One month in now. Disputing with my credit card company. So freaking annoying.

I would not even give them a 1 star if i was able to do so! They completely lie about chatting with customer service(you have to email them, then they lie some more). I never leave reviews, but i am warning you guys DONT order from them. They say 5-8 business days, but 7 weeks later I still havent received my curtains and you CANT get them to issue a return label and now they have gone silent! I work hard for my money, and was trying to get a room looking nice before having company, so i ordered one MONTH before their arrival and they STILL werent here! These people are scammers, you cant contact and speak with anyone, you have to pay for return shipping to CHINA and that cost over 100$(more than my curtains COST) Super pissed and disappointed! Websites like these should come with an advisory or be taken off the internet!

Its a Chinese company, you can't get you money back. I ended up throwing the curtains because it was more expensive for me to return back and I was not sure even if I return I will get my money back.

Overall experience was very frustrating.

1- The quality of print is very poor not even close to what they have on website.
2- Shipping takes more than 2 months
4- The return policy on website is not correct. It will be impossible to return the curtains
5- They asked me to send picture to proof the print quality is not good
6- You have to pay shipping fee for return, the cheapest is USPS ~$100
7- They will deduct the shipping charges which was paid by them for shipping to you

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH WEBSITE. I cancelled my order within 48hrs and now they have gone quiet on me regarding my refund!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.... very very bad service!!

The worst of the worst service ever, got to be honestly. Not even sure how I came across this website.I urge the Uk government to clamp down on such website. With people being affected by the pandemic this should not be happening

I ordered two sets of blackout curtains. The 3D Sunset and the Dolphins for my daughter who wanted a sea theme. These curtains are awesome and we love them!! I was worried after reading reviews but they are a great quality. I got one set before the other so I emailed support and they responded right away that they were sent and I got them the next day.

Word of warning from someone who got suckered in by the fabulous pictures on the CURTAINSIN website. The end product is not even close to what they advertise. I only gave them a 1 because I couldn't go lower than that. When I complained about the absolute rubbish they sent me, and demanded a refund, they offered me 10% of my money back. The garbage they sent me can't be used as curtains, actually it can't be used for anything and will go straight into the bin. I wish I could add pictures to this review so you could see what I ordered and paid nearly $300 for and also see the pathetic rubbish they sent me, which is not anything like what I ordered. BEWARE CURTAINSIN ARE A CHINESE COMPANY WHO JUST SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY.. I will make it my mission to post this review on as many review pages as possible in the hope I can stop them scamming someone else.

I ordered musical notes curtains on 15th August (2020) & was honestly worried when I read all the negative reviews posted after I'd already paid for them. I emailed the company when my account showed my order was still 'processing' after 10 days. They replied the next day to apologise about the delay & asked if I would 'kindly wait' due to large orders currently received. I was then worried again as this seemed to have happened to other reviewers who either didn't get their orders at all or were still waiting months after ordering.
So I was delighted when they turned up today (4th September) via Yodel & are exactly what I wanted. I didn't get any tracking info so this was a very much appreciated & relieved surprise today. I wanted to post this review so others could see that this company can deliver your order, they are very good quality & exactly what I ordered. I'm really very happy.

I placed an order for 2 panels, 84" wide on June 28, 2020. By the time September rolled around I had given up on receiving the drapes and was dreading having to challenge the purchase with my credit card company. On September 2nd I received a package from CurtainsIn and thought, "wow, it ONLY took 2 months!" The problem is, I didn't receive 2 panels 84" wide, I received 4 panels, 40" wide. Save yourself a lot of headaches, STAY AWAY FROM CURTAINSIN!

Utterly utterly useless, 7 months on nothing shipped, will not refund. Do not use this company, if I could give this 0 stars I would.

Absolute criminals they are commuting fraud

I ordered my curtains on August 18th 2020 I just tried to send an email today concerning my tracking number that I never received and was unable to even send a email. I see there's no phone number for this business I paid $16.99 extra because of the size of the curtains and a total of $87 for the curtains to be delivered to my home. at this point I'm taking the one star that I gave them just to leave this message and it looks like 92% of the customers complaining need to receive a refund!!

Waiting on a tracking number it keeps sending me to a "error" its been a week and nothing yet. Im hoping the reviews are a hit and miss but i will be back to ppst another review if i do receive them.

This is a scam website and they have people in their companies writing positive comments..I placed an order on 28 January 2020 and they gave me a fake tracking number. Which doesn’t exist!
It’s September 2020 now and we haven’t received anything!
Don’t buy unless you’re bent on getting scammed!!

Was very worried after reading the reviews. Ordered my curtains on August 10, did not get a tracking number but did receive a very nice pair of curtains with pretty rope pulls and clips for the pinch pleats yesterday August 29....

I ordered curtains on August 1, 2020. My debit card was charged on August 1, 2020. I received a tracking number on August 14, 2020. However my curtains still have not been sent to USPS and it’s August 30, 2020. I have contacted the company multiple times and they keep saying my curtains have already shipped so they can’t help me. When I asked them to look up my tracking number they refuse.

This website is just raping people, i did purchased two curtain for my living room first it took almost two month to received although they very lesser time anyway, my size is 85" - 95" and the product they sent it wasn't enough even for 50" window and what they shows in the web photo it's completely different and as i contact them, they are just playing and waste your time, overall this website is worst web i ever deal with it.

The curtains I purchased are very high quality, thick material, good construction, exactly as pictured. Yes, it takes about a month for the products to arrive in the US from China, but for the quality and value, they are worth the wait!
