DO NOT ORDER from this site. Received curtains which are totally the wrong size, curtain sizes are totally misleading on website. Never have I ever known a website to offer curtains that are not per curtain size and arriving 10" longer than advertised.

I ordered blackout curtains for my son prior to reading the reviews on here - and got very concerned. So I wrote to Cutainsin asking when to expect my order and they said 2-3 weeks. And that’s exactly what happened - I received my correct order 3 weeks later and pleased with the quality. They must have really improved their service recently or the bad reviews are not the typical customer experience. I’d purchase curtains again from them.

I bought a curtain, very expensive curtain, and they sent me the wrong color. I contacted customer services and they gave two options, any of them was good for me. I lost my money due to their own mistakes. They offered me 10% of the price I paid for the curtains to keep them, or I had to ship them back to China and I was responsible for paying the shipping. It was their mistake and the only one affected was me. They keep all the money and do not care about us. They are horrible sellers !!!

BEWARE...DO NOT ORDER!!! I ordered a set of curtains from this company for my son's room and when they arrived months later, one of the curtains had a huge stain right down the middle. I contacted customer service and they emailed back saying they could offer me 10% back. I replied that I don't want any money back, I just want what I ordered not damaged. I sent them a picture of the stained curtain which was really bad and it was like they didn't even care. After multiple emails back and forth, they finally said I had two options...to send them back and pay for shipping to China and also they would deduct the original shipping cost from my refund or they would take at most 30% off, which ended up being only $30.00. They stated multiple times that the shipping back to China was very expensive. So either way I was loosing. I had to pay for their mistakes...so maddening!! Bad customer service!!!!!! I will never order from them again!!!

I ordered some curtains from here, then a few days later I discovered all these reviews warning that the company was a scam. This worried me and I emailed them to cancel my order. I recieved prompt emails back and a full refund 24 hours later. So I cannot complain regarding their customer service.

This company needs shutting down!!! An absolute con in every single way you can imagine. Ordered curtains which came after 4 weeks and looked like a child had made them! Far smaller than advertised, broken stitching, material full of pulls. Tried to contact by telephone... impossible. Contacted by email for a refund but got offered 5%, then 10%, then 15%, then 20% as long as I agreed to keep the item!!! Absolute joke!!! Reported to trading standards. Stay well clear!!!

I ordered curtains from this company it took months to receive the curtains and when I opened the package it was not even close to what has ordered they sent me giant rags. It looked like a child had tried to make them. Awful. I think this company is a scam.

If I could give this company a zero then I would. What a poor excuse for a company disgusting customer service, products not as described and looks like someone sewed them in home economics at junior school. They continually try to run the clock out if you’ve paid with your credit card (most disputes have to be raised within 90 days) I’ve logged a dispute with PayPal and all of a sudden curtains.com got better at understanding my emails. Too late as I ordered in October and still no product that’s fit for purpose.

I purchased a pair of curtains and to my own fault, mistakenly ordered the wrong colour (the website defaults once you click through and you have to select colour twice).
The curtains were posted and I admitted my fault and asked that I could pay for return and re-issue the correct ones. It too 36 emails backward and forward- before they provided return address.
I paid an additional £85 postage and 9 weeks later I recieved the WRONG curtains. Now i am £350 out of pocket. DO NOT USE

Worst company ever the wait time is to long and once product arrive measurement are wrong. Curtains do not fit window like expected I took a picture to show them as proof and I paid $103 for items and they only wanted to give $10 back as a refund I went back and forth with these crazy overseas crooks and they still did not want to give me a full refund but never ever again will I deal with this overseas sweat shop bootleg company I was so so mad with everything now I was stuck with curtains I could not use and had to reorder the same curtains through Amazon with no problem fit perfect.

What crap!!! This website is absolutely a scam and fraudulent. It took months to get my crappy “curtains” that don’t even fit a standard size window. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Customer service is the worst and I’m pretty sure this is not even a legit company. I feel like it’s a sweat shop. The curtains are written on with a pen!!! They would not refund so I disputed with them bank and got my money back!

When they eventually arrived, the curtains I ordered were the wrong colour and half the size I expected. I contacted Customer and Care and their response was that the correct ones had been delivered.

I recommend that you DON’T buy from this company. I’ve had a very bad and upsetting experience. Beware - the Curtain advert displays measurements for BOTH panel widths combined, not measurements for each panel. However, the advert states clearly each singular panel’s width. So, after waiting six weeks for delivery I received curtains that are half the width needed for the window.
Also, the measurements are written in ball point pen on the tape of the curtain! WRITTEN on in ink, on a new product. I consider that spoiled/damaged items, however CurtainsIn clearly don’t. This point their customer services completely ignored in their responses to my emails.
The curtains are not good quality or neatly sewn together.
Initially, I was told they’d sent me what I ordered and offered no recourse. Following several short, unhelpful & non apologetic replies to my emails, they offered me 5% compensation to keep the useless, written on curtains, that’s £3.82. I paid £76.50, that’s nearly £90 with delivery.
Eventually they offered 10%, then 20%, so suspecting that they wouldn’t refund me if I’d paid to send them back to China anyway, I reluctantly accepted. I’m so annoyed at them, and myself for not reading the Trustpilot reviews before ordering! I’m Over
£70 out of pocket, have damaged, written on curtains not as described on the advert - AVOID this company, don’t send your well earned money, especially with them being based outside of the UK and postage is so expensive for returns. By the way, they said they don’t normally accept returns, not quite what they state on theit website. If something goes wrong, there is little chance of being treated fairly from my experience.

Was very worried as ordered then read reviews but all good received curtains just shy of a month I read there delivery advice so expected this amount of time. Tracking number showed once curtains were shipped tracking number worked fine. curtains as shown in picture. Curtains are obviously printed to order hence the long wait. Slight line where there was I would think a crease in fabric when printed but nothing that Warrent returning my son hasn't noticed and is very pleased with his wolf curtains.

While I do believe this website may be real because they did respond each time I reached out to someone via email to ask them about my order. I placed an order over 2 months ago (for expedited delivery). Yet, I never received my curtains... So I kept in contact with them via email and I was told to just wait. I then decided not to wait and ask them for my money back, they are working on the refund. I've yet to see any real-time pictures with people who has purchased from them showing off their curtains. Do not use! Don’t waste you’re money. Ordered two sets of curtains on 20th Sept and as of 28th Oct have only received one set. Shipping guidelines are not what is stated on website. Poor quality, not even properly packaged, just folded and put directly in parcel bag. Customer service does not address queries. They say wait patiently and give you out of date tracking. I have sent 5 emails asking where I can escalate complaint to their Company with no reply what so ever. Have opened PayPal dispute so hopefully will receive money back for the set not delivered. Stay away, and buy local. Edited to add that as of 20th Nov, have still not received response where I could escalate complaint.
