Very simple, straightforward experience. Website is intuitively easy to grasp. Onboarding process was also uncomplicated. Happy with the service. Highly recommended.
I opened a bank account a year ago at Currenxie Bank. Everything was in order and it happened pretty smoothly.
Then my account became dormant so I had to reactivate my account. I submitted the same documents as I did a year earlier, since nothing had changed. That is also why my account became dormant. The same documents which were fine for accepting me as a client, were not fine now with reactivating the account. I received an email stating it exceeded their risk tolerance.
Upon request for further explanation, no answer was given. "They could not elaborate further." So they are basically saying: "Welcome as a client with the given documents." And then a year later with the same documents, they say: "No, this is not good. It exceeds our risk tolerance but also we will not explain ourselves."
It is very strange that they do not give an explanation so that I can understand. Now it is just ending this banking relationship based on basically nothing.
My advice: you can bank with them but with a snap of the fingers, they will kick you out without giving any explanation on what changed for them! I would thus not recommend at all!

Currenxie no longer responds to my emails, this is what we call an unreliable bank. The service is super bad and your account is just closed without a valid reason.
EDIT:
They lie! I only offer education, nothing more. This is a simple service with zero risk. I also answered all questions via email.
But CURRENXIE is good at making people's lives difficult. So I warn everyone, do not use this bank! Better use other banks.

Currenxie froze our account on Friday to make extra verifications. We already sent the required documents and we still don't have any answer from them.
It is Monday today and we are supposed to start working on projects for 2 clients. However, since our account has not been credited and we cannot make withdrawals, we have advised our clients to recall all their transfers and make payments through another platform.
Disappointed with Currenxies response times.
Update November 4th. They closed our account after an internal review. Never have we ever had clients willing to contact Currenxie to approve their transfers but that wouldn't be enough to support our transfers. Compliance department is full of unprofessional individuals.
We quickly resolved a payment issue thanks to the excellent assistance from Immanuel and the Currenxie team. Professional, fast, and always available. Highly recommended!
We have been waiting for our payments (4) to be "reviewed" since the 19th , We sent all required paperwork, Follow ups Everyday And had 0 response from Compliance until the clients started calling back payments since we cant give them the service Until we get paid , This bank will put you through vicious cycle and still ignore all your Emails and start charging you call back fess with money never was credited what a joke .
And we are not the only one suffering I heard from other Companies being held for 3 weeks with 0 explanation.
Stay away from this bank/ Service it will waste your Time, Money and Customers.

Peculiar rules for banks and payment providers. As a retailer, we can't ask for nationality when someone transfers money to buy cosmetics. Currenxie stopped our payments and held customers' money for more than 3 days till now. Asked to provide private information about the customer plus nationality, and address, business relation. We can't confirm payment and ship goods, which damaging our trust with the clients.
