Very disappointed with this company. They are quite happy to encourage you to use their products. I have not heard from them for several months after posting my last review and mentioned that the product I had purchased was causing an issue. They have quite clearly blocked my emails and not given me the opportunity to claim back a refund as they claim to honour in their marketing platform. Just a profit making company. I am considering taking this to the Trading Standards as this company were quite happy to mislead customers. They have profited the best of nearly £100.

I purchased this item, 90 day trial. It did not work so I returned the item within the timeframe. It cost me £14 to return!!!

The company has not provided details for it to be delivered at the destination country in the Netherlands. I have sent various emails, no response.

It now looks like their website is non existent too.

It looks like Royal Mail are now returning the item to sender. AVOID AVOID AVOID this company. Complete scam, so sorry I fell for this!!!

My order #CUR13488 of February 28 never arrived and I didn’t receive my money back. What’s the problem with Curlic? Is something is wrong, is your products can affect customers’s health you have to let us know. Maybe it’s not too late to go to the doctor and find a solution.

Placed an order for the shampoo and conditioner and when I was going to pay I inadvertently clicked to order a curlic machine which I did not need. Realised I had been billed for both items so sent an email immediately to cancel the order for the curlic. After three emails and the threat of escalating the matter through PayPal I was refunded and told the shampoo etc had been despatched and would be delivered in 8 - 12 days. Order was still not received after two weeks and their website said it had not been despatched, I therefore emailed again. To date no reply has been received but I have been refunded without an explanation. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Claims cannot be believed.

Curlic admitted that the products cannot help with alopecia. I contacted a specialist hair loss clinic and they doubted that the activator was strong enough to make a difference to any hair loss and cast doubt on the claims made.
Curlic told me to return the products to Amsterdam and pay for this myself, despite them knowing that their products do not work.
I wish I'd seen the other reviews about the poor service and the issues with returns. I never would have purchased.
I've raised a complaint and still waiting for a response. Emails are not responded to. Service is so disappointing.

My order never arrived. I have sent 3 emails but no response at all. Their sites states that they will respond within a day. Well....that is not true.

I am very disappointed with this company.I placed an order on 17th February this month.Money was swiftly taken from my account but nothing has come so far.When I track the order it says it has not yet been shipped.There is no feedback.Written them so many emails but nothing response.I requested a refund no response.Please don’t ever buy from them.I think it’s a scam.My order is CUR13465 and I am still waiting.I am very frustrated with this level of extremely poor customer service or I was scammed.

I placed an order since 2nd February. I did not receive any confirmation or follow up. I have sent email and DM asking for details regarding my order yet no one has responded.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE PLACING ORDER WITH CURLIC

I placed an order 9th February 2026. I have not received my order. I sent an email 18th stating I had not received my order; I have had no reply. I sent another email 22nd February, again to their “customer service”, this time stating I wish to cancel the order and requested a full refund. I still have had no reply.
I have been very pa to tient with Curlic, but have now lost all faith in this company.

My advice is do not be tempted to place any order. From my experience, your funds will be swiftly taken, your order not received and your correspondence to their “customer service” will be ignored.

I had a bald crown, weak Hair and the front Hair was receeding back. After using Curlic for a few months, my hair is full again, only the front is refusing to respond to Treatment.

I’ve only been using the product for a few weeks, and it will be a few months if not up to a year to see if it is indeed effective. The delivery service and information has been very professional and timely

My menopausal hair feels soft and pliable after using it for the first time.

Would have done 4.5 , as initially 1 item was forgotten. However customer services were very good in sending the missing item.
1 too many emails for me but you cannot fault the dedication of the team.and the product.

I have used the curlic massager and oil for at least one month now and I am impressed by the new growth of hair I am beginning to see.
I shall continue to use them because I know the hair growth will continue.

I am giving the product my rating of 4 stars only because I just started using it and I need at least 2 more months. So far what I noticed immediately was that my hair stopped shedding. And this is why I am rating it with 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The oil and the red light device is really awesome 👌🏾 👏🏾 👍🏾 I am hoping to see some results soon 🙏🏾

This might be one off the best products I have bought and I've bought many. Finally I'm seeing ( pepper grins)if you know you know, for the first time in years.

I am using the curlic activator everyday for almost 2 months and i already see new hairgrowth. Works perfect for me!

The shipping was too long but I am using the product and I feel like I am seeing some results. This is why I give 5 stars 🌟

The product is very simply to use and i'm very comfortable using it but i'm still at the early stage because my product came very late regarding the delivery so i'm at the stage where I fully cannot give my satisfaction of the product for at least another month
