We decided to cancel our subscription after having it for many years and there was no hassle. They made an offer for a discount if we stayed and we declined and so they proceeded with the cancellation and refund. There was absolutely no pressure.
It was my error when I unintentionally…
It was my error when I unintentionally let the subscription renew... I had forgotten about it and was surprised to see it had charged my card. I asked if they could forgive my error and cancel the subscription and reverse the charge. Which they did very efficiently and with prompt and friendly service.

Cancellation after auto-renewal
Times have been tough this holiday season and I had forgotten that my auto-renewal was in December. Thankfully, I received help with cancelling my account and getting refunded. I would like to return as times start improving.
