Fairly quick service kept informed when goods had been dispatched etc.

Firstly I am elderly, and the problem has been with me for a long time.
I therefore, don't expect it to be gone overnight.
Some days are better than others.
the cream has definitely helped reduce the pain in my feet and ankles.
I'm positive improvement is on the way!

I ordered this cream because foolishly
I believed their guarantee would be upheld. Alas not so
I ordered a bundle of three and tried the product for a week. I was getting more pain from this than on my previous product.
Thought well, at least there’s a guarantee so I got in touch to ask if
There money back guarantee no questions asked if I could apply for it.
I received a reply telling me that the product had been opened. I’ll be happy if someone could tell me how to try a product. Without opening it, I also had two more tubes. Unopened they said because it came in a bundle I couldn’t have my money back and also as an aside anybody who’s fortunate to get any money back from this company they have to pay a reselling fee.
This company is a complete con three the tiniest tubes I’ve ever seen 20grms cost £31 for three , daylight robbery
Please be aware if you order anything there is no such thing as a guarantee. look before you leap.

Knee pain relief, not perfect but feeling alot better, will wait and see how it goes after a few weeks.

Ointment arrived on time.
I have been using for 1 week with no improvement in reducing pain.
I will use for another 4 weeks and monitor for any improvement.

The product works about as I thought it would. Took a bit to get here. But customer service was on top of everything. Very pleased with it.

I find it hard to believe that the oitment is doing what you said it would do. I apply it twice a day mornings and evenings. I will admit it doe's ease the pain, especially at night.

It is a great product. I have tried loads of things ointments and different knee straps this has been like having two new knees. I just wear straps if I am climbing ladders or steps on outdoor jobs.. I worked from being 15 delivering bread and cakes and played football till I was 42 so I expected to have dore knees like my father told me But as I say this cream is a miracle worker. Thank you so much. I don't use it very often now only if doing or going to do long walk around wild life park at Doncaster 😊

Firstly ignore the saddo individuals who slag off this product. A year ago I had a total knee replacement and decided that despite its success could not go through it all again with my other knee. So like all those who read Trustpilot I have been searching for a product that would go some way to achieving this aim. I received my order 10 days ago and have religiously applied the product 2 or 3 times a day(normally after a bath as recommended) WELL, there has been a remarkable improvement in my knee health. The pain has not totally gone yet but it is early days. I RECOMMEND GIVING THIS PRODUCT A CHANCE but heat the knee first and apply first in the morning and last thing at night.

Received my medication promptly since then I've been using it every day. Makes a difference already.
