We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed, but we do need to clarify that the parcel did not leave Curely Pharmacy empty.
We have reviewed our CCTV footage for your order, which confirms that the medication was packed into the parcel before it was sealed and dispatched.
As you have reported receiving an empty box, this indicates that something may have happened to the parcel after it left our pharmacy. We are happy to investigate this further with the delivery carrier and assist in getting to the bottom of what happened.
Clear process.
Process of ordering simple and assessment easy to do. Dont have a lot of interaction with pharmacy unless i instigate but normally dealt with if i do so. Prices could be more competitive.

Won’t be ordering from Curely again
I placed an order and it took well over a week to reach me. The speed wasn’t down to Royal Mail as it wasn’t posted for nearly a week after ordering. No updates provided until I emailed them to ask?
When order did arrive the use by date of one of the products only had about a month left on it. Not what I expected. Won’t be ordering from Curely again
