Mark and his team looked after me so well throughout the whole process and I am very grateful. I would like to make a special mention though to Thomas, who was such an excellent support and showed nothing but kindness and patience during what was a very stressful time in my life. He helped to explain things clearly and was always at the end of the phone to help with any query no matter how big or small. My whole experience was so positive right up until the big moving day itself and I feel very lucky to have had such a smooth journey along the way. We asked Curchods in West byfleet to sell my mother's house. They were very proactive in finding us a buyer who to be honest is perfect. From Marketing to offer only took 10 days. Even though our sale and purchase was fairly straightforward there were other aspects of the chain which proved challenging. Throughout all of it up to and beyond exchange everyone was professional, easily approachable and very patient as at times it did become quite stressful.
