⚠️ I would strongly advise people to think twice before using Curate Health.
My experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The customer service has been ridiculously poor, and I found the prescriber to be rude and unprofessional.
The consultant was late to my video consultation and did not acknowledge or apologise for it. During the consultation, I explained that I had been taking Mounjaro for two years and was currently on a maintenance dose. Curate Health also has records of my previous treatment history, yet this information was completely ignored.
Despite explaining my history, my 5mg dose was reduced to 2.5mg. I now have to go down to a lower dose because I unfortunately lost my previous proof of dosage, despite having clearly explained my treatment history. This has resulted in me paying for medication that is not the dose I had been taking and, in my opinion, is a complete waste of my money.
To make matters even worse, my order has now been delayed and I will not receive it before Friday. This has completely disrupted my normal medication routine and is extremely frustrating, particularly after all the problems I have already experienced.
Overall, I have found the entire process extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Curate Health.
I would recommend looking at alternatives such as MedExpress, who I have found to genuinely care about their clients, or Cloud Pharmacy. Please do your research before ordering from Curate Health.

Unfortunately, as we were unable to verify evidence of your previous dose, our prescriber had to make a clinical decision based on the information that could be safely confirmed. This approach is in line with our prescribing responsibilities and is intended to ensure treatment is provided safely.
We appreciate that this may have been frustrating, particularly given your previous treatment history, but our clinicians must follow appropriate clinical and regulatory standards for every patient.
We're also sorry that your consultation did not meet your expectations and that there was a delay with your order. We value all patient feedback and will review your comments regarding your consultation experience.

Charged £15 cancellation fee. Which in itself is not the problem - I understand it's in the T&Cs - but if you are talking to someone on the phone then the least they could do is tell you.
