How did I live without this bottle until now?!
Love the finish clean look of the bottle.
A little on the heavy side, if you are a handbag user, but it is worth it!
Insulation for the cold water, good even if the coffee cup removed.
Down side is the smell of the silicone cup lid, waiting that it takes a coffee smell and it will be fine!
Have been using this for 1 week and fully satisfied with this purchase.

Faulty locking mechanism
I purchased the bottle for Christmas. Great colour and clever design. Very impressed - until I started using it!
The lower cup doesn't fix securely (spins 360degrees) and regurally falls off. I emailed the company, but I am still waiting for a reply.
Although minor, the second issue was only discovered when I attempted to buy a take-away coffee from the garage - the cup was too small.
It is such a clever design, but the locking mechanism needs to change. I think I will need to organise a refund

The screw function to get to cup is loose
The screw function to be able to take out and use the cup is extremely loose (today is my first use). It has slipped off several times. I have concerns what will happen after a period of time

Great bottle, 1 snag!
I received this as a Christmas gift and was very excited Generally the cup does what it says and I love the design of it. My only issue with it is that the outer cup falls off fairly often. I did contact the company about this and they said I was over-rotating it. However I am still having the issue even when not over rotating it. It's a bit of a pain when it comes apart and falls on the floor. The sipper got damaged in one of these falls but is still usable. It would be great if the outer shell clipped together more securely some how.

I’d give this idea a million points! It’s clever, useful, and a huge space-saver since you always have it with you. The materials feel premium, and the powder-coated finish looks great.
However, the execution still needs some development. My main concern is the 'materialization'—the inside of the bottle has an unwelded seam where I can see bacteria eventually building up. Additionally, the outer sleeve doesn't close properly on one side; even when shut, there’s a gap that looks 'off.' Finally, the air hole on the lid is too large, causing coffee to splash out even when it’s supposed to be closed. This might just be a defect with my specific unit, but it’s worth noting.

Regarding your bacteria concerns, we always recommend thorough cleaning with a bottle brush. Water bottles are the perfect nesting ground for germs. We offer an eco-friendly cleaning brush on our website that is non-scratch and perfect for cleaning the inside of your Cupple.
Regarding the outer sleeve fit, it’s important that all parts are pressed firmly into place. In particular, please ensure the cup is pressed down firmly on top of the lid before reassembling the unit. This helps the sleeve align and close properly without any visible gaps.
For the air hole splashing, this is necessity for the cup to function properly but we really appreciate you flagging this, we are reviewing this feedback as we consider future iterations of the product.

This review is not about the cup…
This review is not about the cup itself, but about the company! I love the Cupple but really wanted a flip top lid for the bottle and a sealable lid for the cup . . . The next thing I knew the company have updated their design to incorporate both of these items. I was delighted to find that they could be purchased separately at a very reasonable price. I lost my cup whilst abroad. Not the whole thing, just the cup . . . Yet again, these can be purchased separately through the website. I provided feedback with a couple of points that I thought might need slight improvement (the original outer sleeve doesn’t fit quite right with the new cup lid). Elisa replied to me straight away explaining that the new colour coded outer sleeve is slightly longer to allow fire this. She was very gracious and polite with me despite it being my error, and offered to put things right for me at no cost.
I cannot speak highly enough of the product and of the company’s customer service. An excellent product back by a brilliant company!

Great to be able to purchase spare…
Great to be able to purchase spare parts and even an upgrade to an existing bottle. The O-ring had gone on the coffee cup after 3 years, I was able to purchase a new lid which also now has a seal to stop leaks. Very happy.

Worth every penny.
I got this because I sing in a choir and always needed to take a cup for the coffee break and a water bottle. It’s now a permanent fixture in my bag. The surprise for me was how long the cup kept the drink hot! I am not kidding. I made a coffee first thing and an hour late it was still hot enough to drink and be pleasant. It’s like a wee flask. It’s expensive. Yes. But my cupboard is full of plastic water bottles as I tried the next big thing. This has been the only one I’ve used for over a year now. .

The Cupple is not suitable for everyone's needs, but it's perfect for me as I drink coffee at my desk in clinic & I can see 3 patients over 90 mins & the coffee is still very hot! I love the new spout lid too, much more convenient! Overall it's my most favourite cup/bottle combo! Well done!

Great little bottle and cup in one
Bought as a gift for daughter at uni. The bottle is a good size not too big and clumpy and cup is great for that take away coffee hit. She loves it.

I was so excited about the design of the product and I do think it is a really clever idea but unfortunately the quality is really poor. For £42 I expected something much better. The outer sleeve isn't secure and regularly falls off, and the straw is stiff and difficult.
