Absolutely terrible been waiting six weeks for my order terrible customer service do yourself a favour and don’t use them

If I could give a zero star I would, wish I'd read the reviews before buying, ordered early August, was told staffing problems, then it would be sent out shortly, only to receive an email today asking how my items are and to leave a review, Needless to say sent an email straight bk. Would have to have items first, told them I want a refund, let's see what happens.....

Agree with other reviews.. although I have communication no t shirt has arrived yet even though being promised of its near dispatch or "it's going out today" . Do not use this site/company.. either a scam or not being run properly

No items. Unprofessional response to email also. PayPal refunded immediately sp obviously not their first rodeo. Avoid at all costs.

Order t shirts 6th August still waiting been told short staff by kirsty and that they were being sent Monday well that's been and gone so completely no good I have reported them to my bank and asked for investigation into my payment today 23rd August.

Scam, looked to good to be true, turns my gut feeling was right. Ordered with Express Delivery, 10days later, still waiting for a dispatch email. Issued a report refund through PayPal.

No tshirts arrived. Ordered them 2 weeks ago. Contacted the customer services via email. They apologised and advised me to wait 2 to 4 days. It's been over a week and they are still not here.

Purchased t-shirts on the begining of August, still hadn't received them after 14 days. Contacted seller and had a response 2 days later saying there was a problem with staffing and I should receive them by the end of the week. Well the end of the week came and nothing, refund has gone through with paypal and I shall now be reporting the website to Google, police and trading standards in the hope of shutting them down before someone else gets scammed.

Ordered weeks ago and nothing has arrived. Promised a refund so watch this space.

Cuppa Tee promised a refund as the goods ordered were not forthcoming. No refund as yet either, in spite of several emails back and forth Have now contacted my bank as I paid by debit card. The bank has asked me to fill out a form so they can investigate this company further. Will update this review in due course.

UPDATE: Today our t-shirts arrived - yay! Finally, 20 days after the order was placed. Still, credit where it's due - the products do seem to be of good quality. If only the Cuppa Tee service team had kept us informed of progress ....Anyway, I have revised my original review from 1 to 3 stars accordingly and will instruct my bank not to pursue the refund.

Took two weeks to arrive. No communication whatsoever after purchase. Poor quality!

Ordered from a facebook advert.
Scam company I guess? Nothing received. No response to my emails. Notified Paypal, refunded the cost excluding deliver so I’ve paid £3 for nothing.
Don’t waste your hard earned cash.

Complete scam - luckily paid by PayPal and was reimbursed immediately

These guys are scammers, tried contacting them multiple ways about my two orders with no reply whatsoever. Please don't waste you time or money on this site. Makes my blood boil to think how much money they've probably made out of genuine people. Reported to Facebook, PayPal and going to contact my bank as second order paid via debit card. Disgrace....

Update: company replied to me today and both my orders have been dispatched, watch this space ;)

Update 2: one order arrived and the second is still in the wind 🤦🏻

Update 3: second t-shirt arrive yesterday, THREE WEEK LATER after paying express shipping. Worst company ever and every excuse given..... HORRENDOUS!!!!

Came across this dodgy lot on Facebook, they were advertising a limited Stranger things T shirt.
I liked the shirt and after a few queries I ordered. During the initial queries a person allegedly called Kirsty couldn't do enough, enough that is until they had my money, and then nothing at all.
They do not send me a t shirt and refused to answer any emails. Luckily I paid via PayPal and they refunded me immediately, this tells me.that it is a known scam. Save your money. I have reported to the relevant authorities.
