I placed an order on 12/2/2025 that should have been delivered on 12/8 and as of 12/31 still has not been delivered. Customer service has not responded appropriately and the shipper has said that this company needs to initiate a refund which I requested (with no response)
Requested a refund within a few days of receiving because I just didn’t like it and seeing a lot of weird white particles in the coffee. They sent me a return label after about a week of waiting. Returned product almost a month ago and no refund as promised and no response from customer service

The Carmel flavored coffee is disgusting and made my stomach hurt! I was so excited about it and I believe A Lot of these reviews are fake because it was so gross I had to throw it away and customer service didn’t do a thing about it when I emailed them to inform them. Also there is citric acid in it.. just why? Citric acid is horrible for you! Don’t recommend!
