I tried cupids for over a month...

I tried cupid for over a month trying to give it a full attempt but honestly I got better responses when I was wearing a different cologne brand. Cupids has been subpar on any kind of reaction. Its got a spicy scent to it, sure, but it's pheromones don't really draw a lot of attention or change much. I got better attention when I used my original cologne of choice. My attitude to myself was already different because I was going through growth changes as a man through new convictions, outlook of life, new drive and even a newfound sex drive. I'm 35 almost 36 and for the past year I was using something else but when I decided to amp up my pheromones with cupids and switch to a "better" cologne, it did not stand up to the plate compared to my cologne of choice. I got less attention and I even had to ask if anyone noticed my new cologne. I was told yes and that it smells great...but that was it...no other attention. I switched back to my other cologne and got the attention I was looking for...sorry but it just isn't doing it's "pheromone" job. The smell is good but everyone still likes the other one better. Compared to the 8/10 I get rated from my other cologne, cupids was constantly getting a 6/10 mainly for it's stronger smell at start and how it mellows out through the day...unlike my other one which seems to stay consistent the whole day long. Sorry cupids. I did give you a shot but you either were a faulty batch or you just really aren't what you say you are...maybe you're watered down. Try again next time.

My wife came into the room and laid on…

My wife came into the room and laid on me when she came home. Then she said I smell different, I started to get a little excited it may be working. But then she said I smell like an old lady mixed with baby powder. My heart sank as I felt like an idiot for thinking this gimmick was real. Would not recommend unless your significant other has a thing for old men, then this is the one for you.

waste of money!!!

I ordered the cologne after seeing it advertised. I must say that the actors were really convincing. I decided I will try and reignite the passion with my wife. How wrong was I? The company attempted to upsell a number of products however I resisted the temptation and just ordered the one 50ml bottle. It arrived and I sprayed it on the pulse areas as advised. Did it work? My wife did not comment on anything so no it didn't work. I reached out to the customer service team who apologised and after making the initial complaint they refunded me 15% of the sale price - a measly £7.49.
Guys, please stay away from this company and products as all they are after is your money. One more thing this product was sent out from China however when I questioned this I was advised that this was due to the product being stored overseeas.

I’m very disappointed with my…

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I placed an order on Cupids expecting normal processing and delivery, but it has been several days and there has been no shipping update, no tracking number, and zero communication from their side.

I have emailed their support multiple times regarding the status of my order and I have not received a single reply. There is no clear customer service contact number and their support system seems completely unresponsive.

At this point, I’m genuinely concerned about whether my order will ever be delivered.

I got scammed

I ordered maybe 5 or 6 bottles and they don't work. I think i may have been scammed because I watched an ad where you called a customer who also got scammed. The customer you spoke to said his bottle said Cupid not Cupids. I checked and mine said the same. No wonder the product didn't work. I can't believe i spent all that money and wasted all that time for a product that doesn't even work. Is there any way you can send me some of the real deal? I really want to try the real thing. Cupids cologne,2.0 doesn’t even last an hour

This COLON doesn’t even last an hour. It just feels watered down you understand and I’ve had many many colognes out throughout the years you hold my COLON last pass 5 to 6 hours plus this COLON doesn’t even come close all the height that I’ve been seeing on TikTok, U2 Facebook you know it doesn’t do it for me you know maybe everyone else but not for me What also pisses me off is that been trying to send back this COLON because I have a 30 day refund and it’s like I can’t even get that. I’ve been contacting people left and right and still no one could tell me something is just like oh will give you 10% you could keep the cologne. I don’t wanna keep it. You understand it was a waste of $70. You know I could’ve used that to buy something else instead of dealing with this COLON you understand I’m not knocking anybody else’s review but I’m just talking from my personal experience. It’s been weeks you understand no one seems to just can’t get back to me on getting a reference number so I could just mail back the item to them do you understand I don’t know what’s the problem so I’m starting to realize that is a thing with them. They don’t like to refund you back. They just like to send you a 10% which 10% of the $70 is really not that much you understand is like a slap in the face you understand so I’ve come to find out it’s a thing with them which is very very sad you understand don’t say you know you have a 30 day refund policy and you don’t honor it you understand so never again never again will I ever you know mess with this company? OK this is to add to your response. You see everybody experiences different and I’m just reading some other reviews and a lot of them are saying the same thing that I’m saying it seems like it was like a cheap knock off for so I don’t even know if this was a real company of Cupid or what but the COLON didn’t even last an hour and mind you I have used many I have so many cologne does not even funny. I’ve even sent you guys an email of the majority of colognes that I have you understand secondly, the response time to get to somebody to just return my email or even a call. Yeah, I have to try to work out something to at least have a call center so that when people call they could get an actual person and not have to wait until days For an email. It’s like I’ve been messaging you but yet all I’m getting is hey we have the new Cupid COLON. We have the new this try it etc. that’s all I’m getting and that’s not what I was looking for you understand it was so frustrating very unprofessional and it made me kind of sit back and say oh it’s just that yeah I just wanna take peoples money And not listen to any of their concerns you know after a while the frustration and then the insoles of oh you could keep the cologne and will take off 10%. Why would I keep something that doesn’t even last an hour? What’s the point that’s not benefiting me I don’t wanna keep something that doesn’t work. You understand it just was a very, very bad experience overall I’m very disappointed so all the hype that I’ve been seen on TikTok YouTube Facebook. It’s just all a bunch of crap really I’m sorry to say but it’s just it. This experience is bad you know I guess until I had to give a review all of a sudden now oh we’re sorry here’s your reference number after how long I’ve been messaging y’all lifted right that’s not a good look at all, but I learned my lesson I was just going to Macy’s on these other official cologne stores and get you know something that suits me you understand not something over Facebook TikTok or whatever you know this is a big lesson I’ve learned Nevertheless I’ve shipped your item back and it’s on its way and I’ll leave it as that… you all have to learn how to treat customers better than this….

It is rubbish - Don't fall for the hype

This is a total waste of money. Has no fragrance to it. It smells of nothing. No kick, no unique odour, it might as well be water, It took nearly a month to arrive and is not made in the USA it is made in China. I do not recommend this product.

i seen the buy 2 get 1 free

i seen the buy 2 get 1 free, i only clicked on that button and nothing else, i have been expecting my 2 other bottles, i got only 1 in, i explained in emails that i have been documenting everything, they tell me i in fact ordered buy 2 get 1 free, then in another email they say i didnt, they lead me on this wild expedition of checking my mail box over and over as days went on to have me beleave its my canada post being on strike is why its taking long to arrive. alot of back and forth in emails. The Colonge is ok, but they lie, they want me to beleave that i had insufficient funds, i transferred 300.00 to my account and confirmed btw so that wont happen, from now on im buying from amazon if i want 1 of their bottles. waste of my time, and stress and frustration because of them.

I bought all 4 brands of Cupid…

I bought all 4 brands of Cupid Fragrances and there deodorant. They do not work. The videos shows it attracted women based on the smell. Not one woman made a compliment or even noticed me. Waste of 230 dollars. The deodorant works great (no woman though) but is $30 by itself. Don't waste your money.

Always double check your receipts before you accept anything

Well what went wrong was that you made me watch three separate videos you would not allow me to finalize my deal although each time at the end of every video I watched I told you no thank you I didn't want to go any further I just wanted to proceed with the single bottle purchase at $59.95 and the $4.95 insurance but you made me sit through three videos and you never ever ever gave me the ability to say that's it all I want is one bottle you made me push buttons and push buttons and push buttons and watch videos and at the end of all that after three videos after three pushing the note thank you button you still tried to charge me for three bottles of this perfume that's bad business guys I've been in business for a lot of years and I would never ever ever do that to my customers.

Ordered the Fragrance with priority…

Ordered the Fragrance with priority shipping. I am Australian and normally get word from Australian Post when items are arriving. I got no information apart from Cupids telling me the package arrived. It didn't arrive, and I live in a rural area so it definitely wasn’t taken.

Scam, they will take your money and not refund.
